I am so frustrated & so depressed with my current agent and when i went to Zillow .com i found a property and Monica was the agent of the property I like. I send her e-mail and she called me right away. She told me that the property i like was already sold and she wants to show me another property. She don't ask or recommend a lender for me. She don't even ask me if i have money for a down payment. She met my son & husband and she knows right away what I want. She show me the property in Tujunga and I like it very much, because of her help, hard work & knowledge in real estate, i am very happy & contented with the house I got. ZillowVERIFIED Monika helped me purchase my first home in Burbank, CA. I found her through zillow and from the first phone call until the time she handed me the keys to the home, Monika was very responsive and considerate. She is not the typical agent who will try to convince you to buy the next available property so that she can close the deal soon. She patiently helped me find the perfect home over months of searching. We visited many home multiple times and she never hesitated to give me the next available appointment. Once we found the home, Monika handled extensive negotiations with the seller for extending the close of escrow date. Overall, I had a very postive experience with Monika. The only suggestion I would have for her and her prospective clients is to finalize on a lender early on in the home buying process and get the client and THE PROPERTY pre-approved. It would have saved us a lot of time and headache.I will certainly consider Monika for future real estate transactions in the Burbank - Glendale - No. Hollywood area.
