ZillowVERIFIEDMonika is exceptional. Her marketing techniques, negotiation skills, communication and overall knowledge and expertise of the process put us at ease from the start. She sold our home above list price in 1 week. As first time sellers we were anxious, but Monika made the process extremely easy. If youre going to sell in Miami, sell with Monika!!

ZillowVERIFIED Monika was a great agent for us. She was able to sell our house in 5 days. She has a number of people are her disposal to help with the last minute items that are needed, such as a very reliable and reasonably priced handyman, a gardener and other people to help us out. Monika priced our house at the right price to get the most she could and also sell quickly. She took care of all of the details. She worked with the buyer's agent; she worked with the closing attorney; she came by the house to take care of the details to make this a success. Selling a home is stressful process and Monika had a well thought out plan and executed exactly as she promised. We could not have been happier with having Monika as our agent. She always returned our calls or text messages immediately. She was able to answer all of our questions and guide us through the process. I would highly recommend her as your selling agent - you will not be disappointed.

ZillowVERIFIED Monika was the ultimate professional! She was extremely responsive, provided sound and practical advice and kept cool and collective during the entire process. She certainly knows how to market a property and attract the right potential buyers. She managed to get me multiple offers (most above asking) which is an impressive feat any time but incredibly, she did it in the middle of a pandemic! Thanks to her, I will be able to relocate without having to request any extensions from my new employer. I cannot say enough good things about Monika. "Grateful" does not even begin to describe how I feel about her.

ZillowVERIFIED Monika's knowledge and expertise made my experience as a first time home buyer easy! She took time to explain the home buying process as well as letting me know what to expect regarding timelines and my loan options. Furthermore, as a new Florida resident, she was pivotal in helping me understand my way around the local area, even going as far as to point out local supermarkets, restaurants, and other amenities in the areas where I was looking to purchase. Lastly, Monika's professionalism is above and beyond anything I could have asked for; despite the difficulties that COVID-19 presented, she was always available to take my call, respond to my emails, and was on time for all of our scheduled appointments. I highly recommend her services!

ZillowVERIFIED Monika was wonderful. You couldn't pick a better partner when looking for or purchasing a new home. She was extremely knowledgeable, always on time and knows her stuff. She helped us screen homes in advance to ensure our time was used wisely and not wasted looking at homes we wouldn't consider purchasing. Thank you so much Monika!

ZillowVERIFIED To say Monika goes above and beyond is an understatement of epic proportions. There is NO WAY we could have sold our Miami house from out of state without her. She is responsive, professional and well connected in her community. If something needs to be done or fixed she already has a person for the job ready for you! (And everyone she referred did great work at a good price. Just awesome.) She is just REALLY dang good at what she does! She was a ray of sunshine during a process that can sometimes feel really overwhelming. I recommend her always, but especially if you are selling from out of state, you simply will not find ANYONE better!

ZillowVERIFIED Monika Tefel and her partner Maredi Arteaga were professional and attentive from start to finish with the process of listing and selling my home. They were equally efficient with the process of helping me find a rental home at the same time. No aspect of either process escaped their attention and both could be easily contacted whenever necessary.

ZillowVERIFIED I really cant say enough good things about Monika Tefel. She is a top tear agent among the top tear agents. I interviewed several of the top realtor agents in south Florida, by far Monika was the most impressive to me. Excellent communication, knowledge and work ethics. My home that was for sale was a bit older and less than ideal. It was originally listed with a different agent for 4 months with very little activity. However, after signing with Monika she was able to sale the house for more than the asking price within the first 2 weeks. That was amazing!!!! From start to finish Monika was always one step ahead. So please, please dont let anyone tell you that all agents are basically the same. It could be the difference in your home being sold or just sitting there collecting dust. So again, I highly recommend Monika!!!

Originally I was going to have my realtor friend take care of this for me But the we met Monika Tefel and I'm telling you she came in swinging!! When she arrived she had already done the market research on my property and everything! She listed our home and a week later we already had the first and last offer at full asking price!. If you need someone who is knowledgeable, professional, patient, you cant go wrong with Monika. I am glad we found her my while relocation wouldnt have been as smooth as it was if it wasnt for Monika

ZillowVERIFIED I recently had to relocate for a job opportunity and as a licensed realtor when I had to sell my home my immediate reaction was to do it myself. But the reality is that selling and buying a home is extremely personal and you need a professional to work with through the process to make sure that your personal bias doesnt get in the way of selling your home. Monika provided amazing customer service, had deep knowledge of the local market and using her experience was able to get me the highest price per sqft in my area in the shortest amount of time. I would not hesitate to recommend her she has truly mastered the art of real-estate. If you have the opportunity to work with her and her team dont let it pass you by.

ZillowVERIFIED We were very pleased with the knowledge and professional manner in which Monika Tefel conducted the process of selling our home. From the first contact to completion of the sale Monika was the ultimate professional. Her knowledge of the real estate industry was extraordinary and produced exactly the results we were hoping for. Our home to be put on the market at the best price and the support to advertise it. Our home sold in record time and closed promptly. We were very pleased with the results and would recommend Monika Tefel without reservation to anyone wishing to hire a truly professional Real Estate Agent.

ZillowVERIFIED We initially listed our home with Monika based on how prepared she was for our very first meeting, how well she presented her local market knowledge and the marketing plan she had ON HAND for that initial meeting. Our relocation company gave us 5 suggested realtors, which we narrowed to 2 based on online reviews, but when we met Monika, our decision was made. We listed the house on a Monday, I believe, and we had two full price offers within 48 hours. She proved herself to be a strong advocate for our interests and was as responsive as we could have hoped. We never for a second like she wasn't there to serve our needs as our representative. We couldn't have hoped for a better outcome. She was courteous, professional, infinitely patient, immediately responsive and never sugar-coated the reality of the selling process. I actually told her once that I wished we'd had another house to list with her because she was just that great to work with. You cannot go wrong by listing your home with Monika. She is fantastic and we were extremely lucky to have found her!

ZillowVERIFIED With 19 years in the military I have gone through several moves, and I can say with full confidence Monika was by far the best realtor I have had the pleasure of working with. Her and her team ensured my contract was fair, and that I received top market value for my home. She came prepared to our first meeting and remained communicative and professional until closing. She actually broke her leg during the final walk through and while on the stretcher continued to make phone calls to ensure that closing happened that day, and it did!

ZillowVERIFIED Monika is AMAZING! If you are looking for straight forward, honest, and quick, shes your girl! Every question I had was answered immediately, and she was ALWAYS available, even when she was on vacation! She walked and talked us through everything, and was by our side through it all. If we didnt have her through the walk through, we wouldve missed all of the things that needed to be fixed. She has a great eye for that! Overall, Monika is amazing, honest, truthful, fun, and easy to talk to! I would recommend her to EVERYONE!

ZillowVERIFIED I contacted Monika to sell my townhouse based on her high reviews & recommendations. I definately wasn't dissapointed, quite the contrary. Monika did her research, looked at my place and took pictures on the weekend. First thing Monday it was listed everywhere. Tuesday she had an open house and Wednesday I received a full offer already. She then kept in constant contact on the closing requirements making the process painless and simple. Monika is a true professional in the real estate business that I recommend 100% to anyone in the Miami/South Florida area. Thank you Monika!

She was incredible realtor to work with. She will represent you well!

ZillowVERIFIED Monika was absolutely excellent to work with. I'm in the military and had to negotiate the purchase of my home from half way around the world during a 1 year short tour in 2014. Monika made the process seamless. It was such a pleasure purchasing a home with her that when it came time to sell it I reached out for her help again. Again selling from another the other side of the world on yet another short tour. Monika was able to negotiate 5K above my asking price and sell my home within 30 days. She was easy to get a hold of. If for any reason a phone call was missed she returned the call within the half an hour. An absolute pleasure to work with <3. Thank you Monika.

ZillowVERIFIED Monika helped us find our house, which turned out perfect. She knew the area, knew the comparable, guided us through the whole process. 2 years later my profession required us to leave the area and relocate. There was only one person who I trusted to sell my house, Monika. She advised us on the strategy and the market value. We blinked our eyes and she had already sold our house. I couldnt be more happier with our experience from buying then to selling. A complete professional who had our best interest.

ZillowVERIFIED Monika was great. She is very knowledgeable of the neighborhoods in the metro area, from up north to down south. She worked extremely hard to find me a home within a very compressed timeframe. She was very flexible as well when it came to my schedule to view homes. She listened to my preferences, explaining why she thought I would like each house we viewed. She even offered great suggestions of things to consider, which was extremely helpful since I was new to the area. In the end, she found me a home I loved, and adeptly helped me through the negotiation process and secured me a good, fair price. I would immediately recommend Monika to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Miami metro area.

ZillowVERIFIED Monika really streamlined our home purchasing process. Aside from the fact that she always answers her phone and never ever uses a voice mail, she is a dedicated professional whose personality and knowledge of the Miami market made us feel both very comfortable and confident. She guided us throughout the process making us feel as though we were her only customers. She took the time to explain every single detail and when we made our first offer on a home, she sat down with us and fully explained each document we signed. It was a learning experience and we were clear as to what we were signing. She was never pushy, and instead she would recommend against putting in offers and hold out for something better which we did and now we are in our new home and couldn't be happier! We would highly recommend Monika to anyone looking for a good knowledgable agent..
