Monika came to the United States in 2005 after working on her Bachelor's Program in Art & Graphic Design. Interacting with prime ministers & diplomats became a way of life for Monika. This is where her communication and sales skills took a fast forward for travel, adventure and dreams of visiting another country. Her transition from Bulgaria to the United States was not an easy journey; however her spirit prevailed in whatever route she took. Obtaining her real estate license in 2009, Monika has since excelled in her profession and is a mentor and volunteer in the community. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Palm Beach Island Board of Realtors, and the Realtors Association of the Palm Beaches. Monika is a graduate of the Leadership Academy at the JTHS Association of Realtors where she served an integral part of the synergy within the class. In 2013, she was serving as a Chair of the Young Professional Network Committee for her local Association of Realtors. Monika is one of the Top Realtors at Keller Williams Luxury Division of the Palm Beaches and has served on the Agent Leadership Council there since 2017. Monika specializes at working with home sellers, first-time home-buyers, investors and people looking to relocate in the area. She has been a part of 250+ transactions and counting.
