Monika did a great job providing us what we needed and what we wanted in a home. Her communication was excellent and her advise was good. From start to finish, Monika was on top of every detail that needed to be addressed to sell our condo. She stepped into a complicated situation and shined. Her experience and professionalism was very much appreciated when we encountered some difficult circumstances and decisions, it was clear she kept our best interest in mind. Its hard to put into words the dedication and personal attention Monika gave us in both buying and selling our house!Let me start by saying that in 2018, Monika was recommended by a friend who had also purchased a house out of state, as we were doing. Monika took care of everything to the last detail, which made the entire transaction seamless! And in March/2020, we had decided to sell this property and again Monika took care of every detail, especially due to the current travel issues that were in place. She was able to complete the sale without traveling out of state! Also, as a side note, Monika sold the house in 1 day! What else can you ask for! Premium service in every way.Thank you Monika for everything you did for us!!
