She is friendly, helpful, listens to the buyers wants and helps find the dream home and she did exactly that for me and my family in less than a week. She is very responsive to customer needs and always returned texts and phone calls within minutes when she was available. She also protects her clients and she definitely did that for me several times when we did walk through of the house identifying deficiencies I would have over looked. When we did our final walk through the seller had promised the well water smell was fixed and if it wasn't for Monika, I would have never caught it and would have bought something that immediately needed to be fixed. She is always looking out for your best interests and is more than an agent. She is a friend. I would recommend her 100% time and time again!

Monika represented me during my first time purchasing a home in an area I was unfamiliar with and her guidance through this process made it a very successful one. The first thing about Monika that stuck out to me was her knowledge of all the listings in the eastern panhandle. I mentioned a particular property during our initial consultation and she already knew about the listing. She had a data-driven approach to valuing properties and helped write strong but realistic offers. Monika asked me what I was looking for and made the process about my goals. She continuously made good on her promise to keep me informed and was always easily reachable when I had questions. She never talked down to me and always provided complete and detailed information about all aspects of the home buying process (and I am someone who likes to read all the fine print). Although I was a newbie, I felt like I was the one driving at all times aided by an expert co-pilot. Monikas network of contacts helped me find the best mortgage rate with an agent who is intimately familiar with the idiosyncrasies of the area, which is important to make sure that the underwriting had no hitches. I also had a very detailed home inspection with an inspector who spent a lot of time teaching me about the fine details of the property. It is important to note that although Monika made recommendations, she never directly steered me or pressured me toward her contacts. In my thorough evaluation they ended up being the best options and I felt comfortable with her recommendations. Finally, Monika was present in person at all the important occasions, even though the property I ended up purchasing was somewhat remote. She was always kind and professional and, as a professional myself with responsibilities for identifying and training talent in my field, I have a lot of respect for her abilities.
