ZillowVERIFIEDMonica is truly exceptional! She helped me secure an amazing deal by negotiating $10K from the seller toward closing costs and ensuring I got a fantastic interest rate. Even three years later, she continues to be a valuable resource, assisting me in placing tenants and offering guidance. Her negotiation skills are top-notch, and shes a true people person who is fully committed to her clients. She takes her job seriously, is passionate about what she does, and goes above and beyond to ensure the best outcomes. If you need a dedicated and skilled real estate professional, Monica is the one to call.

ZillowVERIFIED Monica, is most humble, honest and personable realtor I have come across. She always had our back during the process making sure everyone was in sync during sell. Her personality is rare to find in a realtor whos representing the buyer. Usually everyone is thinking about their own commissions but Monica isnt like that she enjoys her work. Will make sure to show you enough homes for the locations. I highly recommend her. Thank you Monica for everything. Keep up the good work.

ZillowVERIFIED Monica was highly professional, consistent, and did not mind going the extra mile to get the job done. She was confident and persistent throughout the process. Monica was able to find me the home and closed in six weeks. During our first phone conversation Monica confidently said "watch, I will find you a home," and she did. Excellent worker!
