ZillowVERIFIED James Brown may have been the hardest working man in show business, but Monica Violante is the hardest working woman in real estate! We went through a process of buying property remotely in Trinidad, and she hung in there with us doing remote showings through three contracts on three properties (two were killed by the inspections - see below), until we finally closed on a lot for our "forever home." Not only does Monica know her stuff, but she knows everyone in Las Animas county, so she can point you at good local resources, as well. Her recommendation for an inspector saved us from two "Money Pits," even though both ended up costing her deals that would have been more money in her pocket than what we finally purchased! We can't recommend her highly enough.

ZillowVERIFIED My first experience with Monica was when I found a few houses online and I needed more information. Living in another state and shopping for a home online can be a long road with lots of disappointments. When I first left a message, and she quickly responded. I was pretty abrupt, telling her what I'd seen online and exactly what I was looking for. She was very professional and accepting of me and my desires for a new home in a new town. She was able to answer questions I had about each property immediately. She was so fast to respond about each property that I was skeptical, but then I came to realize she knows Trinidad housing and rentals like the back of her hand! She arranged for me to see all of the properties I'd found online, and others she also knew about, before I came to town for a two day "shopping spree". I did this a couple of times and she became very acquainted with what I liked and disliked. Fleeing Houston Texas as Harvey made landfall, I landed in Trinidad a week before a scheduled vacation there. It was Monica keeping me updated on new properties that landed me into my "new" old home. As my house in Houston flooded, the perfect house became available and I snatched it up! Fate and the right agent keeping me immediately updated was the only way I ended up with this property. I'm so thankful to have gotten to know Monica better through this process, and I'm thankful for her patience as she dealt with me. I've been in my home for about 6 months now and I love it. I couldn't have done it without her. I can't recommend her highly enough.
