ZillowVERIFIEDIf you are looking to buy a house then Monica Sumner is the agent to work with - bar none! Although she was representing the sellers, my fiancA(C) and I always felt like she had our best interests in mind as well. She was thoroughly professional, knowledgeable, responsive, patient and a pleasure to work with. She answered every question and email and returned every phone call. As first time homebuyers we were often overwhelmed with the whole process. Monica went above and beyond her call of duty to make us feel comfortable every step of the way. Everyone she recommended (Lawyer, Mortgage Company, Home Inspector, etc.) was as professional, honest and responsive as she is. In fact, she continues to be an invaluable resource to us, regarding recommendations of local services and businesses, even though we've successfully closed on the house. Thanks to Monica we now have the perfect home in a beautiful town and could not be more excited to start living our "dream come true."

ZillowVERIFIED We highly recommend Monica Sumner and The Masiello Group. Her knowledge of neighborhoods, property values and the local market as a whole is so valuable when buying or selling a home. We were guided through the selling process with great skill as well as sensitivity which a great accomplishment as she was handling both parties in the deal. Her personal attention, even on weekends and off hours, has been exceptional. The transaction was hindered by a few minor issues with the property and an extremely incompetent bank dragging it out for over 6 months. No once did she give up, become lax or un-responsive. Monica is a rare find in the real-estate industry. If the chance ever arises again we wouldnt use any one else!

ZillowVERIFIED I highly recommend Monica for your real estate transactions. She is a people orientated individual who takes care of things in a timely manner as well as kept an open line of communications with her clients. As my selling agent, Monica was knowledgeable about the area, the people who live there and the real estate market in general. It was a pleasure dealing with such a trustworthy and loyal person, who worked hard to serve us. She went out of her way to insure that the sale went through, taking time to explain the selling process and recommending an excellent real estate lawyer. We were so glad to work with her for the length of time that we did.

ZillowVERIFIED I have worked with Monica as my buyers agent and She has been wonderful. When something didn't work out She did what ever She had to to make it work. She worked hard making sure I got what I needed and What I wanted. She listened to me fully and worked extremely hard to make sure I was content. She is an amazing person to work with and I would suggest Her to anyone looking to buy or sell. I don't like many people and get along with less, so for Monica to reach this high on my list She had to of done something right.

ZillowVERIFIED Our experience working with Monica could not have been better. She worked extremely hard on our behalf. It was the first time we had sold a home and Monica made sure that we were informed and comfortable throughout the entire process. She is very knowledgeable about the current housing market and she gave us very sound advice. There is no doubt that we would highly recommend Monica to others; in fact, we have already done so! It was a pleasure to work with her and she made the experience quite enjoyable.

ZillowVERIFIED Monica was extremely helpful in all phases of our real estate search and acquisition. She quickly understood what we were looking for, was responsive to every request, very quick to get information and provide feedback where needed, and helpful with the whole acquisition process including negotiating the purchase price. She provided information on local professional services including property inspectors, lawyers for closing, etc. That's the professional aspect. But Monica was also a delight to work with. She made the process of buying a retirement home in a new place as easy as it could be, and we are grateful she was our realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED We (wife & I) completely recommend Monica in any real estate transaction. She represented the seller in our deal (we were the buyers), and wound up acting on our behalf as well since we cold-called the listing. She handled both sides, buyer & seller, with enormous charm and discretion. She helped us in the basic negotiation, and facilitated a last minute post-inspection negotiation. We felt no pressure during the process, and visited our new house three or four times before going to contract. New to the area, at our request, she recommended a few lawyers for the contract & closing. Altogether a professional, pleasant and stress-free experience.

ZillowVERIFIED Monica helped me buy a home in Vermont. She went out of her way to show the home, and then also to get all the paperwork completed. She drove the process from beginning to end for me. The seller had a problem with the Deed and Monica completed stayed on top it to ensure it was worked out quickly. Her knowledge of the local area was a big asset in helping to locate our new home. If and when we have any real estate transactions in the area again, Monica will be our go to person.
