Monica Sumner

I was born and raised in Western Massachusetts and moved to Vermont in 1979. My husband, Malcolm, and I have four daughters, April, Kimberly, Maria, and Lauren. We operate an organic dairy farm in Halifax, which is one of the few remaining farms today in Southern Vermont. My girls loved growing up on a dairy farm and speak often how very fortunate they feel they were for having been raised in this life style. Knowing how special living in the country is, I can truly relate to folks looking for a place in Vermont.
