1 YEAR in the making. Monica is meticulous and at our closing she pulled out the notes she took from the very first time we spoke with her and the exact day, 1 Year! There are a lot of brokers out there that talk, but Monica and Ryan walk the walk. During the closing process Monica made sure all deadlines were kept and everything was moving along. Monica has the patience of a Saint. If you love Disney you and Monica will become friends fast. Feel safe with Monica and Ryan. I hope to have them sell and buy a couple more homes.
