Monica was CRUCIAL to the successful sale of our home. Her appraisal of how much our house would bring in this market was pretty much spot on. Her game plan was excellent! During the initial walkthrough of our home, she noticed things we didnt notice after living in the home for years, including some roof damage from a recent storm. She suggested we repaint and redo the carpet and coordinated with the contractors while we were out of town. This included checking in on their progress and reporting back to us. She also dropped by on occasion to check on things after we moved out of state. That is above and beyond! She knows all the great contractors in the area! She was able to recommend great folks to get our house ready at a fair price. This was quality work, not band-aid work. Monica is very easy to work with and has great communication! She knows this market better than anyone! She has the kind of experience you want on your side when selling your home.
