I had a special situation where I needed to sell a house from out of state. Monica was up for the task and totally exceeded my expectations. Her communication skills and knowledge of the industry made me feel like i was in the process every step of the way. She has a way of being always 100% professional, but yet not cold and distant. I felt comfortable asking anything I needed to. She sold the home in short order and facilitated the process masterfully. 1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
I would advice Buyers to go to their mortgage lender of choice or hire me as their Realtor, so I can guide them to the right lender. Keep in mind, when Buyers work with Realtors, Buyers don't pay the Realtors for their services, Sellers do. As Buyers, NEVER pay a Realtor/Agent.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Experience Counts, Make sure to ask, how long the agent has been licensed, it could costs you thousands if you hire a rookie just because you know them or he/she was referred to you. Also make sure you hire someone that cares, listens to your needs and will work for you not for their commission. Have the Realtor to show you the value of hiring them. Also a Realtor that would answer his/her phone when you call and don't have their assistant return your calls. I have a team but when you hire me, you talk to me from beginning to the end, guarantee. Read my reviews, they speak for themselves.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
All types, to many to mentioned but to mention a few, I have worked with Veterans, First Home Buyers, Probate Sellers, Second Home Buyers, Investors.... etc
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
One of the most recent transactions I just closed, was challenging, I doubted myself thinking that it was going to be tough or even impossible to help a Veteran Family to purchase their first home with zero percent down in this very competitive and tough market, a Seller's Market but We made it happen. We wrote so many offers and many of them got declined or ignored but neither one of us gave up and after weeks of trying, we finally got someone to give us a chance, We couldn't believe it but it happened and it can happen to you to0!

5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I started when I was 25yrs old as a Loan Processor, helping other agents and clients with their Refinances and Purchases. One day a past client asked me to represent them as their Agent to sell their units but I couldn't, I wasn't licensed. That made me get my real estate license and the rest is history. I've been licensed since 1997 and going strong!

Yes, I'm an experienced and a trained professional Realtor. I've been trained to help Buyers and Sellers and to handle Short Sales, to Sell REO, Foreclosed or Bank Owned properties. Trained to Sell Commercial Properties, Land. Trained to sell Trust Properties, Divorced and Probate Properties.
