We wasted so much time and money filling out application after application, just to get it rejected within minutes. We were beginning to lose hope. Then came Brian. The first house we applied to with Brian, we got. Convincing an owner to rent their home to three college boys is no easy task, but Brian did it. If it wasn't for this guy we'd probably still be stressing for a house.Pros:- never had to wait longer than 30 minutes for a response from Brian- easy to talk to, seems like a cool guy- has a well-versed understanding of the real estate market from a professional standpoint as well as from the customer's point of viewCons:- none11/10Give this man a raise!!

Monica came to our first meeting completely prepared with comps, support and told me the condo was in my moms Trust (I didnt know that). We agreed upon a listing price according to current comps and the condo sold before it was even listed (CLOSED within 2 WEEKS!) for EXACTLY what we were hoping to sell it for. At my request, Monica provided me all documentation for review prior to presenting them to my mom. Due to my moms age, Monica and her colleague Amber had to go to my mom on many different occasions to have her sign the documents. Long story short, selling with: lots of moving parts, a Trust involved, with a POA awareaEUR"it just doesnt get more complicated than that. And with this situation, Monica showed just how knowledgeable, professional and successful she is in challenging circumstances.
