Review I had a home in Nevada to sell and had Monica help me find a Realtor to work with, she interviewed each of the Realtors and she helped me with decluttering the home and giving me advice on what to do to get it sold quickly. At the same time my house was on the market in NV, she assisted me in finding a home in Minnesota. She coordinated the dates of both closing a so the transition and required documentation was seamless. Without Monica's persistence & constant follow up, I do not believe the transactions would have happened! I look forward to working with her in the future...

Review Monica helped me sell my home on a short sale right as the housing market was on a slow incline after the recession. I was single at the time and working full time. I didn't have the money or the time to invest in updates in order to sell the home at a profit and she didn't pressure me into more then I could handle. Monica first became my friend and then a trusted adviser who helped me maneuver through the many decisions I needed to make about the sale. She knew that it was a tricky deal showing a house when I no longer lived there but my daughter's family did. She was respectful and worked around all the scheduling and even emotional difficulties that we faced. She was able to find the perfect buyer... someone who loved the neighborhood and wasn't afraid of a little renovating. Although I didn't make any money off the sale, I now have the peace of mind that the deal was handled legally and professionally.

Review Monica answered questions at midnight for me...she treated me like family and even made a statement at one time saying "If I wouldn't let me daughters buy this house I'm not going to let you buy it" So knowledgeable and efficient. I recommend Monica to everyone I know and I know I've had friends use her as well...Being she's from the area she knows it better than the back of her hand. I love my house and she is still checking on me to make sure everything is still great. It was a scary situation being a single mom with 2 boys making such a huge purchase but she held my hand through the whole process. I love Monica - she is family to us.

Review Although we weren't able to find something we loved in our price range, Monica was patient with us and was always willing to show us houses. She even arranged a backup relator to show us a house when she was out of town. Like I said, we never found something that we were in love with, but she didn't make us feel bad for not buying and listing our house. Review She is excellent...I was looking to buy a townhouse 3 yrs when I got divorced . I found the one I loved and priced right but since I was on disability and receiving support from ex I would not be able to get loan until they saw 3 months worth of support.. so now I will be homeless until then? No she worked with the seller to let me "rent" until closing which we pushed out far enough so that the support checks came and I was able to get the loan. It went very smoothly. The price I paid included rent until closing. She is very pleasant and know how to work with people so that everyone is happy.

It was probably torture for her as I wanted to buy just about every house we went through and my fiancA(C) found something wrong with every house until we found "the one". Monica was always so nice, friendly, and most importantly HONEST!!!!! She never would have let me buy any of the houses I wanted to just because I wanted out of our apartment so bad! She would always tell us why she wasn't going to let us put an offer in on something even if i wanted to, with her expert eyes she saw lots of important flaws that I did not. That's something I appreciated more than anything and I'm sure is not common in a realtor!!! I could text Monica at 6:00AM or 11:00PM and she'd always respond right away, talk about dedication to her clients! Monica is not just an amazing realtor, but an amazing person!

Review We found Monica via the internet! She made our moving process awesome! We sold our home before we found our new one. She fought with us on a house we really liked but we ended up not getting that one and as I always say "everything happens for a reason", she took us to a home that was not on the market anymore but she knew the owner wanted to sell. This was December 22nd. She had worked with us long enough that she knew what we were looking for. We knew the minute we walked into this home that it was the one!! We put the offer on the house the next day and it was accepted!! She sold our old home AND found our new one for us!! We even made new friends through the deals...including Monica!! Review Monica is a fantastic agent. She runs 24/7. I actually backed out of a purchase agreement because it wasn't the home of my dreams. Monica never flinched. She was more than willing to keep looking for the house I wanted. I never felt pressure from her but she was always busy. She understood what I wanted and when I found it - she never tired of taking me to see it. (I went to see it 4 times!) When my first broker failed she found a better one - (they are quite the dynamic duo now!) She has every resource you can think of - whether it's the appraiser or insurance agent or a handyman or contractor. She was relentless. She takes her committment as a buyer's agent (in my case) very seriously. If you are ready to work with an agent - hang on because Monica will find you your house.

Review Monica is an amazing Realtor, she is a go-getter. She is very honest on how to best to prepare your home prior to selling, and likes to do showings every week/end to really make your home available for those who aren't working with a Realtor. She goes over and beyond to market your house to get it sold in a decent amount of time. She also helped us buy our current home. She made it that it was a very seamless transition that we did not have to put anything into storage before we were able to move into our new home.
