Monica is an excellent realtor! From the initial signing, through to the settlement table, she was always on her game. She is easily accessible; answers her phone immediately, or calls you right back. As my agent, I never questioned her commitment to me. She always took the time to completely answer any questions that I had.Some repairs were needed on the house, in order to make settlement. Monica has a group of contractors, from electricians to landscapers, who respond quickly and charge a fair amount for the job.If I had to sell or buy another home in S. Jersey, I would absolutely hire Monica to represent me again.

As a first time home buyer Monica was fantastic at answering all the small little questions we had as well as making sure we were thinking threw everything and not just buying the first house we walked in to. Monica was a recommendation from another professional and she exceeded all of my expectations. She listed an investment property for me and took care of the whole process from start to finish. I didn't have to worry about anything throughout the closing process because Monica was on top of everything, taking care of all the paperwork, communicating with all involved parties, constantly keeping me updated, showing up to the home inspection and making sure everything was done on time and the correct way. She even followed up with me a month after closing to make sure all of the utilities were switched over correctly. She's a hard worker and will take excellent care of you. I highly recommend her!

Monica was extremely knowledgeable about other properties in the area. She understood my familys situation and did everything she could to accommodate us. She was very active in advertising and listing my condo. When we were looking for new houses she tried to give us advice based on her years of experience. Whenever we had questions or concerns she made herself available to talk things over. Even after we settled on both properties she made sure we were okay and she even tried to handle a problem we had with our warranty. Throughout the process she did her best to make things as easy as possible. Monica is an outstanding realtor and I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
