My partner and I are first time home buyers and approached the process with a lot of fear and anxiety. From our very first meeting until closing day (literally), Monica was there. Her knowledge of the field, process, and kind personality helped put us at ease through multiple points of the process. She gained our trust immediately and she showed that she only wanted the best for us. We felt like family. When we were scared or anxious, she kept us upbeat and excited about the end goal. She showed great commitment the entire time and got us a great condo!
