Ms. Boswell is so attentive and on point with all she has done... My dream came true with the hard work that Ms. Boswell has put forth to get us into our home and I'm truly grateful to have had the opportunity to work with her... She was always available for any questions I had, and believe me I had a lot of questions and there was plenty late evening phone calls she answered just to address any of my concerns. She is very knowledgeable and structured! We were always in communication and every step of the process was clearly explained. She definately operated with our best interests in mind. All of the people she recommended were also very knowledgable of their portion of the house buying process. We were buying from out of state and she was able to do video call walk through of various properties while showing us the good and bad and how it would relate to the buying process.

We can't thank our agent Monica enough. We contacted Monica on May 29 and by July 31st she helped us get our home prepared within weeks of contacting her, our home was under contract within days and we closed on our new home all in about 60 days. I am very type A and do not like giving up control easily. But I put all my trust in Monica and she DELIVERED! I'm sure I drove her crazy with all of my questions, but she answered all of my concerns thoroughly and quickly. She was responsive and was always available to show us properties when ever we were ready. We just cant thank her enough for her expertise and her honest opinions on the properties we were looking at. When we finally found the ONE, we all knew and she made us feel like we were making the best decision for our family. We truly valued her opinion in this process.
