ZillowVERIFIED I recently engaged Monica to help sell my vacant lot at Innsbruck-Val Moritz in the Ski Granby Ranch area. I was very pleased with her effective listing of my lot and attention to detail. I had previously tried using two other realtors for over a year with no effect. Monica had my lot under contract within a week of listing it! The remote closing process was the smoothest I've ever experienced. I would definitely recommend employing Monica to assist with your home or land sale.

ZillowVERIFIED It was great working with Monica! She worked hard to coordinate our purchase of a FSBO property, even though this meant extra work for her in dealing with sellers who weren't as familiar with the process as a real estate agent would have been. She was readily accessible and responded to my questions in a timely fashion, even in the evenings and on weekends. I would recommend Monica for any of your real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Monica did a great job selling my ski condo in Fraser, CO for top dollar. We had some uncooperative renters that didn't clean very well for the professional photos, but Monica's photographer somehow created great angles that showed the beauty, but not the mess. The first showing was actually turned away by a renter. Monica was able to re-schedule this showing which turned out to be the new owners.

ZillowVERIFIED Monica is a fantastic realtor and someone I would highly recommend. She helped us find our ideal place even though we didn't know what area we wanted to be in. She showed us several different options, allowing us to really get a good feel for the market and area. Monica was extremely responsive and always on top of the contract process. She was great to work with and very knowledgeable throughout the entire process. She got us what we wanted and we couldn't be happier with our new home!

ZillowVERIFIED We started out w/another realtor and have spent the last 3 years looking for a fully owned place (we have had a timeshare in this area for 15 yrs.). Monica was GREAT and didn't treat us differently because we live out of state (unlike our first realtor). Monica took our needs and interests to heart and was very pro-active in locating what will soon be our retirement home. Due to our distance from the area, Monica provided us w/good information and would even "Skype" us from prospective properties. SOOOOOO glad we found Monica.(Funny note: The house we found through Monica and purchased was actually listed by our first realtor, who by the way, NEVER even contacted us that it was on the market even thought it met the criteria for what we were looking for). THANKS MONICA for making our dream become a reality. Pat & Kathy

ZillowVERIFIED Monica helped my husband and I find the perfect property for us to build on with a price that was within our budget. Everything was very streamline and easy and she helped us with the entire process. I know she has lived in the area for a long time and her knowledge of the real-estate market in Grand County shows. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home or property in this area.

ZillowVERIFIED We chose Monica to list and sale our first home due to having to relocate. Monica met with us prior to listing our home and answered any questions we had regarding our first home sale, as well as made us feel incredibly comfortable before the listing occurred. Monica put our home on the market, as well as listed our home in the community newspaper and online and within three days our home was under contract. The sale process was not only new to us, it also became a difficult sale due to a lot of negotiation from the potential buyers. Monica answered all of our emails timely, answered our phone calls immediately, and stayed in constant contact with us throughout the entire process. Monica made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process and ensured we never felt uncomfortable with decisions that were being made. Monica really fought for us as the sellers and ensured that all of our needs were being met and got our home sold in the timely manner in which we needed. We absolutely loved working with Monica and would recommend her to anyone looking to either sale or buy a home.

ZillowVERIFIED We recently purchased a condo in Winter Park and the service was great. Buying a second home can be stressful but Monica was so easy to work with and made the purchase easy. She showed us 10 properties and worked very hard negotiating the best price which fit our budget. In addition, she helped us find an insurance agent and lenders in her area who specialized in second home purchases. We would highly recommend her service to anyone!

ZillowVERIFIED We would have no hesitation at all recommending Monica to friends, family, or anybody who asked. She listened and was responsive to our goals. She didn't push us to see units that were outside our target. She was patient as we refined our goals based on what we were seeing. She steered us away from units where she saw problems that we did not. She had strong knowledge of the local pricing, and she coached us well when something we liked was above fair market price. The closing process had complications that were outside of Monica's sphere of influence or responsibility, but she helped us navigate the process and helped us feel confident that it would all work out. Bottom line: We are very happy with our purchase and Monica made us feel comfortable and confident every step along the way.

ZillowVERIFIED Monica helped us buy our first home and she was outstanding! She not only helped us locate the perfect home but also helped walk us through the entire homeowners process. As you know, buying a home for the first time can be an overwhelming experience, but not with Monica. She took the stress out by helping us understand all the details and being responsive and proactive. She is an excellent communicator and was responsive and always approachable. Not only did she communicate with us, she also communicated with the banks and helped us connect with the people who could help us with what we needed. Along with her impeccable communication skills, she is also authentic and honest. She didn't leave out any details about cost and was direct about all costs associated with the home. ZillowVERIFIED Highly recommended! Monica was a pleasure to work with. She was super patient with us even after we made her drive to several houses way out in the middle of nowhere only to decide that the drive was too far. We ended up recommending her to my in-laws and they too were very pleased.

ZillowVERIFIED Monica is a first class realtor who really knows her business in the Grand Valley. She is a longtime resident herself, and has enjoyed much success with the range of properties. This past year, she helped us to purchase our dream townhome - 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath, adjoining the national forest and looking out onto open space and the ski area. Could it get any better? Throughout our negotiations with the seller, she was professional, respectful, and wise. She found us the appropriate comparables and helped us to see the value of the property. It was an easy deal all around, thanks in no small part to her positive and professional demeanor. She was terrific!!

ZillowVERIFIED We listed our property with Monica 3 years ago. During the time it took to sell our home, we were very impressed with the work Monica did in finding potential buyers, keeping us updated on all aspects of our sell and her expertise during the closing, with a very challenging buyer, showed a level of professionalism, patience and knowledge that far exceeded our expectations. Monica is a very proactive agent who works hard at marketing her listings. She was wonderful at making sure we were aware of our options throughout the process without ever overwhelming us with too much information or detail. We are so very happy with the work Monica did for us!

ZillowVERIFIED After using another realtor in 2012, I was referred to Monica, who researched prior sales and listed our 2-bedroom condo in Hideaway Village. It was listed in the summer of 2013 and throughout the fall. Just when it looked like it wasn't going to sell, we received an offer. Monica was persistent and able to get it sold by taking great pictures, giving it a reasonable price, and recommending what to update and repair. Monica stayed in touch and worked out all the details until we closed in Feb 2014.

ZillowVERIFIED Monica was tremendous in helping us relocate to the Fraser Valley from northern Missouri. Her professionalism, local/industry knowledge, and dedication of time/effort are why I am rating her at the highest level. As out of state buyers, we relied heavily on Monica and she went above and beyond. Monica dedicated a great deal of time to us as we viewed several homes in the valley. She was always there for us....great customer service.

ZillowVERIFIED Monica is a very effective real estate agent. I began working with Monica after working with another agent for over two years to sell my cabin. Finally, I switched to Monica because I was impressed with her attitude and knowledge. It was a great decision - she worked with me to stage and appropriately price the cabin, we had had an offer within a few months. Then, she helped negotiate the final details and her savvy representation saved me thousands of dollars. I would recommend Monica to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and hard working agent who will get your property sold.
