ZillowVERIFIEDWe were contacted by Mona Stevenson through Zillow when we were looking at homes in Florida from the state of MN. We feel so supported in our search for a home ever since she contacted us. She took us under her wing and started advocating for us since we could not be local during our home search. We learned quickly that we could trust her to look out for us about the details and about what was a good fit for us. It is very important to her to build a relationship, build trust and through the relationship understand what the client is looking for and what is a good fit for their family. She demonstrates through her work how much she cares about the people she works with. She helps us feel like every question we have is valid and important and not too much for her. Her advice is practical and grounded and she does not let the emotional energy of the housing markets get in the way of making economically sound and reasonable offers. We just met Mona a few months ago but feel like our best friend is now helping us find our dream house. She loves and knows the communiy in which she is helping people find a home and she truly emulates the title of her company "Cloud 9 Realty". We highly recommend Mona Stevenson and her company.
ZillowVERIFIEDDealing with Mona was a joy, compared to other realtors I "tried". I likely reached out to a dozen or more realtors in the Melbourne / Cocoa Beach area, with no return email or calls. Mona made herself available for our brief visit to the area, SHE LISTENED and understood us, she was open about which properties would satisfy us, and when it came time to buy, she helped with closing preps, utility preps, and even offered to assist with running errands for us (related to being there for dropping off checks, opening the door for service personnel). There are not enough words to describe the pleasure it was having Mona for a realtor.
ZillowVERIFIEDAs an out of state buyer we were totally dependent on Tinas expertise. She has been super responsive, has a great knowledge of the area and helped us find the perfect house for us. We never felt like we were in the dark, and thanks to her due diligence was able to negotiate a fantastic price for us. Cant be happier.
ZillowVERIFIEDMona was a pleasure to work with! She is very knowledgeable and responsive. Mona was very considerate of our sensitive timeline and took us to review around 20 houses in our targeted area over a weekend (with short notice). My boyfriend and I were blown away with the level of professionalism and patience. She joyfully guided us through EVERY step of the purchasing process. We knew exactly what to expect in approximate timelines, offer/counteroffer process, inspection, red flags, etc. Purchasing a home is a serious commitment and Mona takes it to heart. She made sure we made an informed decision with such a major purchase.
ZillowVERIFIEDMona was genuinely kind, attentive and helpful. She was always available to clarify and explain everything to me as an anxious first-time home buyer. She works with a conscience and made me and my satisfaction the priority, always. I really appreciated her professionalism, encouragement and advice. An all around an excellent agent that I highly recommend. Thank you for being a part of my journey.
ZillowVERIFIEDI am relocating back to the Space Coast for a new job, and I was referred to Mona Stevenson by a mutual acquaintance. In the interest of full disclosure, we had met before. Mona talked over my rent vs buy options with me, and showed me buying was the best option for my case. I had a limited time to look for homes, living away from the area, and she quickly put together a whirlwind tour for the few days I could be there. The home I ended up buying was not one I would've looked at had Mona not picked up on my preferences from the other properties, and I am glad she did! Based on her recommendation from local comps, the price we offered was accepted by the owners with no negotiation. Most importantly, Mona helped me run considerable interference with my somewhat inept mortgage company, making sure that things were done correctly and in a timely fashion. Despite the mortgage issues, this has been one of the smoothest home buying processes that I've been through!
ZillowVERIFIEDI finally made the decision to sell my dads house-didnt want to but I live in N.C. (10 hours away) and keeping the house was not realistic. We went with Mona after interviewing her intensely. (I know she had to feel grilled). But since we dont live in the area we had to trust the person to have our best interest at heart as well as aEURoeworkaEUR? it without our active participation. Well she sold my dads house in 10 days! Not only did she sell it, she would go and meet inspector, cleaning crew and even the guys coming to pick up furniture donations. I would highly recommend Mona. She is devoted to help you.
ZillowVERIFIEDI have worked with Mona on many occasions in various settings. When working with Mona you can rest assured that she has your best interests in mind. She will ensure that all the small details are handled with care. She's excellent at communicating and very thorough, which is crucial when dealing with buying/selling/renting a home.
