ZillowVERIFIED The experience of our home purchase through The Signature Group (TSG) via emails and phone calls went very smoothly as we lived out of state. Prior to the emails and phone calls our listing agent in the Quad Cities, Illinois area who sold us our first home and later listed our home for sale at our request did a search and interview for an agent she felt we could work well with. We were given Molly Wight's name. A call was placed to schedule a date and time to meet in the Fayetteville, North Carolina area. My husband Michael and I had less then a month to find a home so between homes selected on Zillow to view our agent Molly Wight had a few as well. In less then two days we viewed 10 homes +/-. Molly was very patient with my husband and I and began to develop an extensive understanding of what we were looking for in only a 2 day period. Alas we had to return to Illinois and through the course of the next few weeks we had placed offers on homes we viewed during our trip to Fayetteville and others our agent Molly had provided by a personal virtual tour. Needless to say the offers were fruitless as they were subject to the sale of our home in Illinois with a closing date of April 17, 2020. Molly remained upbeat and supportive in feeling the right home was just around the corner. She did not fail us, we once again located a few homes for her to tour for us and as she called us to tour the homes with her virtually we knew in a heartbeat our new home was the one. After her walk through of our current residence we chatted and placed an offer on the home. It was accepted. From that day on the purchase transaction was smooth sailing. Our deepest appreciation for such a wonderful experience goes to our Selling Agent with Keller Williams in Illinois Chris Taylor for putting us in touch with our Buying Agent Molly Wight who is such a gem to work with, Macy Gifford our Transaction Cordinator who responded quickly to any questions we had regarding edocuments or completion of the "To Do List" in addition to Crystal Kultala, Transaction Coordinator with TSG. Our overall experience with the purchase of our home in North Carolina through primarily emails and phone calls was by far a grand experience of being stress free due to the professionalism, knowledge, courtesy and beautiful personalities of Molly Wight (Keller Williams) Macy Gifford (TSG), Crystal Kultala (TSG), and Deana Watson (via Docusign). We would highly recommend this group as they all went beyond providing exceptional service throughout the purchase of our new home. Truly an A-Team.

She was patient with us while we started our home search about 6 months before meeting Molly face to face. She was understanding of what we wanted and really got to learn us and what we were looking for in a starter home. The house we bought was one we weren't originally going to look at either but she sent the listing to us and we fell in love with it! From there Molly turned us over to Macy Guifford and Macy helped us with the terms of our offer and all aspects of closing on our house.
