You want it to be perfect, its a big decision, its a BIG INVESTMENT! Then you need help. You need a realtor who can tap into places and listings that escaped your purview. You want someone that you feel is looking at what you want just as much (if not more) than you are. The ultimate team player. It doesnt hurt if they are someone you could also fancy seeing yourself casually kickin it with because the journey youre about to embark on, you want to feel like a friend has your back. My family has moved a lot! And weve had some okay realtors, weve also had some realtors that we still consider friends. Knock, knockaEUR|whos there? Its Molly Walker. My family and I were moving back to the South Shore area after a 5-year stint out of state. We had two young kids at the time, and couldnt come to town to visit homes. Molly gave us video tours for every single property we were interested in; and there were many all over the South Shore. We also had a very unique situation as we were in need of a home with an in-law suite for a parent. There werent many on the market at the time. Molly stepped up, unprompted, and looked at properties that werent on the market to see if anyone might be interested in selling. That kind of commitment blew us away; going above and beyond and not settling was the kind of partnership we lucked out with Molly. Molly has helped us with a few properties (investments and otherwise) since then. I was a bit of a nuisance during the negotiation process. Molly beared with me and was very good at communicating our terms as well as coming up with potential alternative solutions to get to the desired end goal. Shes not only an incredible, hardworking realtor, and a beacon of knowledge in the South Shore community. ZillowVERIFIED Seamless and stress-free sale of home and purchase of new home thanks to Molly Walker! I have to say we lucked out finding Molly and strongly recommend her services if you are in the market of selling and or buying a new home. We decided to explore selling our home this past March and after researching agents, narrowed it down to a list of top 5. I sent requests late at night expecting to hear back the following morning but Molly actually replied that same night (only one that did) to schedule a phone call the next morning. We spoke the next morning and scheduled a time for her to come by. During our meeting, she took great care to make sure we understood all of the possible options and to help us choose how to list our house for sale in a way that provided us ample time to find a new home. Needless to say, the market was unlike anything anyone had ever seen during this time and not only did she help to get us more for our home than we had imagined, but also helped us to choose the best offer that provided us the time we needed to find our new home by way of an extended use and occupancy while we searched. During our search in an insanely competitive market, she was extremely knowledgeable on how to make our offers stand apart from others and we had our new dream home under contract within a month with terms that allowed us to move in before our U&O expired. We are a week into living in our new home and cannot express our happiness with this decision and agree that this is without the best decision we have made. Molly helped to make what could have very well been an intensely stressful and risky decision during these times seamless and stress-free. We knew our goals and our vision for what we wanted to accomplish throughout the entire process and they were far exceeded. Finding the perfect home in such a crazy real estate market was a daunting task, fortunately, we were lucky enough to find Molly Walker first. It is hard to know where to start when trying to explain just how amazing she is. It is fun to watch her work an open house. She asks insightful questions I would never have thought to ask, and it was so reassuring to know she was on our side. She can point out the warts in a house as easily as she can create a vision of what it could be. She gave us the same energy each time we saw her, whether it was the first time we met or a year and a half in. She has an amazing team that she can leverage to the benefit of her clients. From getting an early read on what houses were coming on the market, to recommending our closing attorney and lender, to the stager/photographer (who made our old house looked so beautiful, we wondered why we were leaving); Her network is deep and filled with incredibly talented people. I am sure we were not model clients. We were looking for very specific things, in a very specific town in a red-hot market. We had false starts aEUR" places we loved when we toured and then talked ourselves out of on the car ride home. A long list of must not haves and an even longer lists of must haves. After a year and a half and dozens of open houses she never lost her patience or her confidence that we were going to find a house. And we did aEUR" the dream house. We owe it all to Molly.
