Molly is awesome. She was so great to have on our side when we were looking for a home. If you don't know what you're doing, she will help you every step of the way. She is very knowledgeable, attentive, trustworthy and a pleasure to be around. She was there day and night with any questions/concerns we had and always got back to us very quickly. She will not let anyone try to take advantage of you. If you need a home inspector or any other work done on your house, her recommendations are solid and YOU CAN TRUST HER. We were very happy with the work. Seriously, if you're looking for an agent and still not sure, GO WITH MOLLY. She was PERFECT.

There arent enough words to describe how AWESOME Molly is. As new homebuyers, we were very nervous and cautious about the entire process. Molly was there for us day and night, always answering every single question, as well as making sure we were comfortable. She knows many players in the huge game of real estate, that includes helping us find a PERFECT home inspector, as well as services for repair and cleaning. Everything was very fairly priced and went through without any issues! We got to a point where the sellers were being very difficult with us and Molly would NOT back down. She took care of us and made sure we were NEVER taken advantage of. Molly is by far the best agent we could have ever asked for. THANK YOU!

Mollys the best! She knows her stuff and you can tell she loves her work! She was always quick to respond any time we contacted her for any issues, and when we needed to make some unexpected repairs before the sale of our home, she knew exactly who to contact to get the work done quickly and at a fair price. The sale and purchase of our new home couldnt have gone more smoothly, and we know that is 100% due to Mollys hard work! We recommend her to all of our friends and will definitely be working with her in the future.

I was relocated for work - Molly had to sell my house while I was across the country. She went above and beyond organizing inspections and work that needed to be done prior to closing. I thought I would have to figure out how to organize from a distance but I didn't - I had to worry about nothing. She is the best!!

Molly is the best realtor I have ever worked with! In a two year period, my husband and I moved four times for his job, each time working with a different realtor...none of them compared to Molly. My husband and I found Molly on our own and she helped us find our current house. I wish that I had Molly for all of our moves! She's the best. I won't use any realtor but her moving forward!

Molly has the ability to find exactly what your looking for. She doesn't make any short cuts as this is a major purchase in ones life. Great listener that works with your schedule. Her home owner knowledge on mechanical items and suggestions made our purchase so easy. Was very confident we were buying the right house at the right price!

I would pick Molly as my realtor for all my future houses if I planned on ever moving again!!! My story is very different for most. Molly was my go to.. meaning I was moving from Florida to Iowa, Molly looked at so many houses for me while I was in Florida she found everything I wanted she looked at every house as if she was buying it. I put all my trust into Molly and she did the most awesome rewarding job ever. Shes your go to at any given time or day!!!!

We had worked with two other realtors before we met Molly. The others would show us houses when we asked them to do so but never took any initiative to do anything extra. Molly worked with us to find a house and guided us through the negotiating process when we were buying the house. At the end of the process, the seller wanted us to pay for fixing a problem. She told them that it's in the contract that the seller pays. Molly didn't ask us, she just said "no". We wanted to do some major renovating and she gave us the name of a contractor she works with. The contractor did a beautiful job. We couldn't be happier with the way Molly led us through the process.

Molly was the best person I could have had by my side when it came to purchasing my first home! Honestly, I wasn't even in the market, when I stumbled across my dream home on Zillow. On a whim, I went to my credit union to look into financing. After getting pre-approved, my mortgage consultant asked if I had a realtor in mind, or if I would like suggestions. When I said Molly's name, she said that was going to be the first person she suggested. Molly helped keep me of sound mind throughout the process. In the end, she was able to get me my dream home at a price with which I was very comfortable. She made sure it wasn't just move-in-ready, but was diligent in making sure the home was also safe. She had excellent contacts along the way, from home inspectors to pest inspectors. There is no one else I would recommend to my friends and colleagues in the market for a new home. Quite simply, she's the best!
