Service starts out wonderful. Once the process gets going full swing it is good as long as there is no conflict. When conflict arises the service level goes down. I ended up feeling like everyone was working for the buyers in this transaction and not fully working for me, the seller. I felt pushed into doing something that I should not have had to do. I feel that I should have been represented better because I was paying the commission to sell my home and not my Agent to be all in for the buyers just to get the deal closed and paid on it.

Our situation was very unique: Military member serving in Europe, military spouse living 8-hours from MD, VA loan, several deadlines (Military reporting times to MD, school start date etc...). Even though we knew that we would not need a home until August, 2018, Molly met with us in March, 2018, so that we could be better acquainted with the Brunswick area and to tour some homes in order to gain a firm understanding of the layouts in Brunswick Crossing and greater Frederick Area. Due to our geographical situation, Molly went out of her way several times to tour homes on our behalf, and sent videos and photos that were not available to us any other way. She also researched more than 8 neighborhoods for us throughout the several months we worked with her. When a property became available in our most desired neighborhood, she acted quickly on our behalf and we were able to enter negotiations with the selling party immediately. Due to her subject matter expertise, support and superb negotiating skills we were able to secure the home under appraised market value and with very favorable closing terms. We could not be happier with our experience with Molly. Not only do we fully and strongly recommend her as an agent, but we will definitely utilize her services in any future real estate transactions. Bottom line: If you are shopping for a home in the greater Frederick Area, Molly is the person you need to contact immediately (especially true for any Military families relocating to the area).

We cant say enough great things about Marsh Realty and Molly; the lengthy review below is just a snap shot of the personable service provided to our family! Throughout this dual transaction process, Molly was very knowledgeable, professional, helpful, reliable, and most of all she kept me grounded during stressful times. My husband and I both have busy full-time jobs and are raising a toddler so our schedule did not have a lot of wiggle room in it; Molly went above and behind to schedule showings that fit our schedule. She even made herself available last minute on multiple occasions. Based on Mollys recommendation, we made a few last minute upgrades and listed our house as Coming Soon. Thanks to her excellent idea and marketing skills, we had an offer the first day our house was officially listed! Needless to say, I was stressed out because we had not found the house of our dreams yet. Molly calmed my nerves by providing multiple recommendations in our budget range and thanks to her knowledge of contract language, she added an addendum that gave us 40 days to find a home of choice. Soon after, I approached Molly about viewing a house that was priced significantly above our comfort zone; she did not look at me like I was crazy, nor did she think I was wasting her time. She scheduled the showing the next day. In the meantime, she was negotiating the contract on our current home; keeping our best interests at heart. As luck would have it, the price dropped just enough to make things work on our dream house! Lastly, even in the ninth hour, moments before closing, Molly came to the rescue and sent a professional cleaner to our home. My husband and I underestimated how many belongings we had; I now am willing to admit that packing and moving during the week after Christmas with a toddler was probably not one of my brightest ideas :) Lucky for us, Molly knew how excited we were to start the New Year in our New Home and literally saved the day of closing with her steadfast customer relations skills. With Marsh Realty the house was sold in under a month, so when we began looking at other houses, we went with her and it was very worth it. As a buying agent, she was very knowledgeable and responsive to what we seem to like most in a house that is in our range, and gave us expert advice on what to request from the inspection and what to leave out. As a selling agent, she was able to price the house in a range that was enough to cover our expenses, and to sell quickly. The family also has many connections with contractors who do magnificent work to make your house more marketable. Our house was on the market for one week before we had a contract. Through use of professional pictures, contractors to improve the house, and knowledge of the area, we went from listing the house to having it sold in just over a month. Once we narrowed our curiosity, we decided to actually look at brick, mortar, wood, stucco, and vinyl siding. The only way to know if we should move was to see the facts behind to virtual facades that held us wishing and wanting. This is truly the challenging part. We are searching for a new nest. For the buyer in residential realty this is often emotional. We are looking for the place to nurture our families in an holistic way; this is a mind, body, spirit experience. My husband, a disabled veteran, and I tried it alone...once! It was an exhausting, very long day. We discovered quickly the quirks and challenges of real time property hunting...pictures do not in any way express the diversity of properties on the market...there are some very steep, hard to navigate without a humvee, gravel driveways in this world! On an ignorant whim, I clicked the i want to make an appointment to view this property button on my pc...Molly comes into our life.
