ZillowVERIFIED Mohua assisted us in our first-time home purchase like an elder sister. She was the real guide without whom we would have been lost. She understood our situation and advised us at every step which ultimately led to a smooth and timely closing. She was promptly responsive all through and patiently replied to all our novice queries. The best experience I had with Mohua, is when she drove to the property location (given the bay area traffic) to be personally present when the appraiser visited the property (which she was not really required to do). Many times we had a lot of back and forth with the seller's agent and the communication was handled by her very efficiently and effectively. We consider ourselves lucky to have a realtor like Mohua. I highly recommend her for anyone looking out for a realtor.

We were struggling for a couple of months to get one decent offer for our house. Mohua re-listed our property, from the beginning she was super confident that she would sell within 10 days!. She followed up so well with the contractors to get new kitchen done in 4 days and the following weekend our house was on the market. Within 2 day we received multiple offers, well over asking price! ZillowVERIFIED We relocated from the east coast to the Bay Area this (2020) summer. We reached out to Mohua in 2019 to help us with property selection and she did a great job with property selections and hearing to our needs. More than a realtor, she is somebody who we could rely on as a friend, through the entire process. We ended up a buying a new property and she helped us negotiate on the builder upgrades and even the lot premium. And since we were in the East Coast all the time when the construction was going on, she was involved during the entire construction process, following up with the builder and the contractors on key asks. We would whole heartedly recommend Mohua with regards to any property purchase.

For me personally, the best part about working with Mohua was her integrity, genuineness and transparency as a person. So I could completely rely on to give us advice that we knew was in our best interests. This was especially true in a white-hot fiercely seller's market when the bids for houses were going for well over 20% over asking. She seemed to know the right approach for the particular houses we were interested in and the particular people we were dealing with (not always pleasant). Also, we found that she was not pushy and gave us space to make up our minds about things while giving us enough guidance and info to arrive at those conclusions.
