ZillowVERIFIED Moe was absolutely great to work with. He was a one stop shop meaning he does it all. I originally worked with him on the property management front and that was a great experience. I have heard so many landlord horror stories but Moe made being a landlord seem like a piece of cake during my 4+ years of being a landlord while only receiving 3 non emergency calls in that time frame that I had to get involved. This brings me to how i was able to use his Real Estate services to sell my property as well with him bringing vast real estate experience and knowledge to the table to ensure I had a smooth process while navigating some very complicated and unexpected issues that were not common to sell my home. That being said he sold my home in 2 weeks which was absolutely amazing. Moe is a true professional and a true people person that actually cares about the clients he works with. We used Moe to sell our home and from the moment he stepped through the door we knew he was the right guy for the task. He made simple recommendations to improve the visual appeal of our home. He hired the best photographer to take the pictures of our home...even the neighbors were impressed! By the end of the weekend, we had multiple offers and Moe took time to explain each offer and his recommendation on what to do next. While under contract, Moe ensured everything went smoothly. ZillowVERIFIED In January of 2013, I was putting my Condo up for sale. I contacted Moe to handle the transaction for me. He was an excellent choice. His knowledge of the market, how the unit should be staged and positioned for sale were right on target leading to a quick offer and negotiation of a contract price fair to me as the seller and to the buyers. His value to the process was further shown as the buyers traversed the very complex and tedious journey of securing a mortgage. His knowledge of condominium rules, insurances, coverages etc. proved invaluable in answering questions and providing information and documentation needed to speed the mortgage commitment process. I was able to close the property in nine weeks, outstandingly fast in this financial climate. Moe was always there for me throughout the process he was very responsive to any needs that might arise. He was very efficient, took the time to know exactly what we were looking for and we ended up only seeing the homes that fit the criteria which saved us a lot of time. I thought his advise in the buying process was also quite helpful and fair. I did recommend Mr. Abdelsamad repeated to family and friends who I know worked with him to buy and sell. We continue to be in touch and he helped a great deal providing information for my refinancing 2 years ago as well as another refinancing I'm going through right now.
