ZillowVERIFIED Above and beyond realtorModi Weiss helped us with both the purchase of a beautiful new home and the sale of our old home in St. Louis. Almost immediately after the purchase of a home we had a major health emergency in our family. I cant describe the amazing ways that Modi went above and beyond his job description helping with the sale of our old property. For instance just before closing, he took it upon himself to clean a shed in our old home that we hadnt used in years! Needless to say, Modi is no more just our real estate agent but has become a good family friend as well.

ZillowVERIFIED Modi is the ultimate consummate professional- this is not an accolade we lightly bestow upon him. We have purchased and sold several homes in the past. He was our agent when we purchased our last home. We did not have a second thought on using him for selling our home. Modi is a true professional with highest integrity. He is straight forward and always available for any question or help. Most importantly, he is a great person with full of compassion. He does not take any short cuts- uses the best photographer and staging consultant. You wont regret using him as your agent. He is the best in the field. We recommend him highly for his outstanding professionalism.

ZillowVERIFIED Modi was the best fit for us for this journey. Highly professional, very friendly and endless patience. Buying a house could be enduring suffering, but with Modi it was just fun. We found a great home in a very challenging market, I'm pretty sure it would not have happened without Moody.

ZillowVERIFIED We would like to express our deep appreciation to your professionalism, patience, cooperation and good advice. You helped us prepare and sell a home when my husband was in business trips, and went out of your way to support us, even while on vacation with your family. We wish other sellers to have such a good agent as you turned out to be for us.

ZillowVERIFIED He is really energetic, sensitive and extremely helpful. You will not need more in order to get a good deal done.He is familiar with the region. He has been working for more then 10 years. It is not a coincidence that he is constantly in the top 10% sellers of US.He was ALWAYS available except for two times, when he was out of town, and sent a representative to help us to see a house. Finally, at the final stage of the negotiation, his persistence helped us to get ALL the repairs we asked. With no exception. In one word: professional.Do business with Modi, you won't regret :-}......

ZillowVERIFIED Modi recently helped me and my wife purchase our first home. He was extremely patient working with two new homebuyers who only had a basic idea of what they wanted. We truly appreciated that he took the time to get to know us as people and never made any assumptions regarding the type of home that would be best for us. He encouraged us to look at all options and set us up with program that showed us all single-family homes, townhouses, and condos that were within our price range and in our preferred geographic areas. Modi's process to homebuying was exceptionally convenient for us, and we never felt as if we were missing out on any homes.

ZillowVERIFIED Excellent! Modi was simply top notch in every way. He attended to every detail from house hunting to closing, gave generously of his time, provided a great deal of valuable information about various properties and the purchasing process, negotiated well on our behalf, and helped us through somewhat complicated circumstances. He's a true professional, and such a nice fellow!

ZillowVERIFIED We highly recommend Modi Weiss as a realtor, he listen, always available, know the market and provide an awesome service. He put us at ease and made it a stress free experience. Modi knows the area extremely well and helped us find a beautiful house in a great neighborhood. Without Modi's hard work, dedication and support we would have never found our dream home. Modi was very kind and thoughtful and was always there to answer our questions. His willingness to make us happy was exemplary he has a great attitude and should be an example for other realtors to emulate. He also worked very hard in getting us the best price for our house. We could not asked for more.

ZillowVERIFIED I would like to express my gratitude to Modi Weiss for his excellent performance as a realtor and real estate consultant. He made the process of our home purchase a wonderful experience. He is very patient and a good listener to the customer needs. His ability to execute our "desired" and wishful house to the best accuracy is remarkable. We would like to communicate our high level of satisfaction from Modi's services in variable aspects: consultant and research (put lots of effort to find the neighborhood that align with our family needs), commitment (very short turn over of all Emails and calls), willingness to take the extra mile (visited houses and sent pictures of houses while we were remotely). Keller Williams is fortunate to have Modi! We are looking forward to work with you again in the future, Thank you Modi!
