About MK Rice

MK Rice is a local REALTORA(R), Certified Real Estate Negotiator, Notary Public, and Team Lead of Texas Hilltop Real Estate Group, proudly serving Canyon Lake, New Braunfels, and the surrounding Texas Hill Country. As a Canyon Lake local, MK combines firsthand knowledge of the area with strong negotiation skills, honest guidance, and a client-first approach. She is passionate about helping buyers and sellers make confident real estate decisions while providing the communication and personal attention every client deserves. For MK, real estate is more than a transaction; it's about helping people LOVE WHERE YOU LIVE. ?

HOBBIES/INTEREST

When I'm not working, you'll usually find me spending time with my husband and our three girls, and most likely sitting in the stands somewhere! Our oldest plays softball, while our two younger girls play basketball, so being a sports mom keeps us pretty busy. I also love tackling DIY projects around the house, taking care of our chickens, staying active, getting involved in our local community, and enjoying life around Canyon Lake and the Texas Hill Country. Family is a huge part of who I am, and I wouldn't have it any other way. ??

FAMILY

Outside of real estate, I'm a wife and proud mom of three daughters, and family is truly at the center of everything I do. My husband, Scott, and I work together in real estate and have built our business right here in the community where we're raising our girls. When we aren't working, you'll usually find us at a softball field, spending time together, or enjoying everything the Texas Hill Country has to offer. Being part of this community isn't just my business, it's our home, and that's a big part of why I'm so passionate about helping other families find their place here too.

We met MK through friends and was highly recommended. MK's knowledge of the area and market made it very easy to find our new home. She took extra time to meet us and even do virtual showings when we could not make it to the area. Always professional and upbeat. Her communication was above and beyond our expectations. Highly recommend MK!!

MK provided outstanding service with our listing in Canyon Lake. Shes very knowledgeable of the area and knew exactly how to market the property. Within 24 hrs of it on the market we had @8 offers. MK knew exactly which one was most beneficial to us. If we ever sell our current property, we would definitely call her.

MK is an amazing realtor. She went above & beyond in helping us. We needed to sell our home in Maryland and then buy our new home in Texas. She found us an amazing lender & helped us with the sale of our Maryland home with her advice. She was easily available all the time & even missed out on a family day with her family just to go look at a house for us. She really knows her realtor stuff & she's very personable, friendly. She makes you feel like family or best friends. Our family being military and with only one months notice to relocate, MK was always on the ball.

We wish we had MK for our agent in Arizona. She stayed with us for a very long process helping us and our niece look for the perfect place to buy in the Canyon Lake area. MK spent almost a year searching for the perfect place for us. Once we found the perfect place, MK stayed on top of things to make sure that the escrow closing went smoothly. She went above and beyond with her communication with us, and all the other parties involved. We had a very complex contingency with one home being sold in Arizona so we could buy our home in Canyon Lake, and those sellers could buy their new home in the Canyon Lake area. We could always count on her to follow through on whatever she said. Fast to respond. Highly recommended.
