The house sold in 3 days and closed in less than a month. Her expertise was phenomenal and instrumental in determining a good selling price. When we couldn't come here but we really want see some of houses, she was very quickly responding, visited the house video call and showing house for us! After we moved here, we couldn't see her anymore(maybe she is so busy...I think!), but she prepared (not a big gift but..) a cute welcome cake at our new house in refrigerator!

Review Mitzi is a genuinely nice person who knows what she is doing. She was very pleasant to work with. I was confident I could trust her honesty and trust her to get the job done. We had to sell our home and buy our new home at the same time. We had it done in two months total from starting to look to closing on selling and buying and moving. She was very accurate about what we could get our home sold which was important to sell it quickly so we could move forward with the purchase of our new home. There were of course so many documents to sign and it was very helpful to simply be able to trust her in her intentions and ability. There were some hiccups in timing of the closing at the end for various reasons which made things a bit rough, but these were quickly sorted out and we closed and moved into a wonderful new home. She has a very good understanding of the properties and helpful ties to business here in the Murfreesboro area which smoothed the process of loan application and other details.
