ZillowVERIFIEDExcellent customer service in all aspects of reality!!! She is very organized and prompt for every appointment. We listed with Mitzi Christian and decided to take it off the market. A management firm assisted in the process of leasing our home. The tenants decided to buy the home and we requested her expertise on the sale of our home. It was a very smooth process. We are very grateful that she managed this process well.

ZillowVERIFIED Mitzi is so easy to work with! She really listens to her clients' wants, needs and desires and helps them become a reality! She has listed and sold several properties for me since I moved out of state and needed to sell my rental properties. She helped immensely by checking on the properties and helping me take care of any problems that arose throughout the entire process. And she made sure everything went smoothly up to closing. I highly recommend Mitzi because she's so great to work with AND she really knows the business!!

ZillowVERIFIED Mitzi made herself available to answer all questions and to help in all sorts of ways during the process of selling our home. She is very knowledgeable about the homes in Franklin and the surrounding areas. When asked, she would give her honest opinion without getting on a "Soap Box." I would recommend Mitzi to all of my friends that are interested in buying or selling their homes.

ZillowVERIFIED We had lived in our home for 20+ years so needless to say we needed help navigating the real estate market. Mitzi provided that help and much more. In the end, I believe we gained a new friend. I felt she was looking out for our best interest, not just hers. In fact, she helped me purchase a new home in the process. If you want a realtor you can trust, I would highly recommend Mitzi Christian!

ZillowVERIFIED Mitzi is wonderful to work with! She will go above and beyond to help you find your home! We looked at a LOT of houses--I'm quite picky and it's a big purchase, I had to LOVE the house. She was very patient and was just as dedicated to finding exactly what we wanted from the beginning to the end. She found our dream home for us, and we couldn't be happier!

ZillowVERIFIED Mitzi is by far the most responsive and best service provider we have worked with in our home buying experiences over 25 years. She works hard for you and if she does not know an answer, she uses her resources to quickly get that answer. It seems to me she answers call almost around the clock. I would definitely recommend her to other people needing a hard working great realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I had been searching for a home for over a year. We had worked with a couple of different realtors without success. Fortunately, my husband found Mitzi! She was very collaborative and expert with finding homes that met our needs and wants. She consistently communicated in a very timely manner throughout the entire buying process which decreased undue stress. And yes, within one month we found the perfect home. I highly recommend Mitzi' expertise for buying or selling a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Very pleasant person to work with. Responded quickly, unfortunately another buyer won the bid, but Mitzi followed up immediately after the sale was finalized to let me know that indeed did sell and that she would continue to keep looking for other properties similar....and most importantly, I believe her.

ZillowVERIFIED Mitzi was wonderful to work with!! I've known her for many years and know what a great person she is. Even though she is relatively new in the real estate business, she has learned ALOT in a short time and handled the listing with expertise you don't see in most SEASONED realtors!! She was very good with communicating with me regarding showings and of course offers! She handled the process with a lot of grace and the utmost integrity. I've already listed another property with her, and have referred her to others as well and will continue to send more business her way! I hope you will too :) So I recommend using Mitzi 100%!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Mitzi Christian was extremely helpful to us in the home buying process. I had bought a condo 15 years ago, but buying a house was a brand new learning curve. She helped us understand each step and guided us through to the end. Mitzi was always available to answer questions, big and small. If she wasn't able to answer a call, she returned it immediately. Her friendly demeanor helped the stressful experience of buying a home be less overwhelming. We thoroughly enjoyed working with her and would highly recommend Mitzi to anyone!

ZillowVERIFIED Mitzi was prompt and creative. Her signage was attractive, original and informational about the property. She engaged a neighboring property owner who had been negative and created a positive situation. I felt comfortable with her by my side at the table. I will definitely choose her for future deals.
