From the very first conversation, I knew Myth was the agent I wanted representing me. Not only did he take professional Ariel photos, he also made a great video that he shared on his social media. ZillowVERIFIED My son was a first time buyer and didn't know all that was involved with buying a home. From day one, Mithil took the time to explain every question we had and never ever made us feel rushed in any way. He was always available at any time of the day and responded to our questions immediately. Mithil was getting questions from not only my son, but also my sons girlfriend (soon to be fiancA(C)?), myself, and my wife. He never neglected any of our questions and remained professional throughout the entire process. We looked at many homes and found one we liked. Mithil walked us through the entire process and always let us know what the next step was. Unfortunately, we hit a bottle neck that the seller didn't originally disclose and this slowed the purchase down with a mess of additional steps the seller needed to do for us to close. We didn't want to walk away from the deal, but still continued to look at other houses during the time we were waiting for seller to make the corrections. Mithil continued to move full speed ahead with any new listings we asked to see and still kept us fully informed of the status of the house we had a contract on. In the end we closed on the house we originally wanted. If it wasnt for Mithil being the driving force to get this house sale finalized, we would still be waiting for things to get done. He is more than just your realtor; he carried many rolls during the process and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend him to anyone for any type of real estate need you have.THANKS AGAIN MITHIL AND WE WILL SEE YOU ON THE NEXT ONE (whenever that will be).
