ZillowVERIFIED Mitch was fantastic from listing our old home to closing on our new home. Had some major problems come up at closing because of COVID-19 and job status. Mitch helped us out by allowing us to stay at one of his properties for a couple weeks until we moved in with family. We kept actively looking at homes throughout all of that. (Which, by the way, he was great about making time and driving pretty far to show us some homes). We eventually found another one we love and were able to close. ZillowVERIFIED I can not recommend him as an agent. He showed me a house. I told him I am very interested in the property. When I wanted to make an offer 2 days later he said someone made an offer and it was excepted. He lied about it because he wanted to buy it himself. A few days later the seller did except his offer. If I had call any other agent I would be the owner of that house today. I trusted Mr Walch and he did what no agent should be allowed to do and it cost me not getting the property. According to his broker he did not brake any laws or codes. The fact that they had to call to find out if it is legal or not, already tell me that it was not very ethical and not something good agents do. I won't work with him again and can not recommend him as an agent.
