ZillowVERIFIED Mitchell did a very good job during a very trying time. He worked hard to make sure we stayed on track to close on time. He negotiated for and with us and was a help at all times. Even in the middle of Summer, he was available for questions any time they arose (and trust me, we had a LOT of questions.). He was patient, informative, supporting and positive. He delivered exactly what he said he would do to help us. I would definitely use him again, if we were to move into the Lawton area again.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Mr.Stafford was easy. If I found a house he could get me in same day, the buying process was super easy, I didn't have to do hardly anything except sign the documents he emailed me. He kept me in the loop and made the process significantly less stressful.

ZillowVERIFIED Having purchased and sold multiple homes I felt like most realtors were the same based on past experiences. Mitchell completely changed that perception throughout my most recent buying experience. He operates with a calm, even keeled attitude that provided a much less stressful experience than Ive had in the past. To say that my purchase property had challenges is an understatement, however everything I was told would happen absolutely came to fruition even when I had my doubts. There is no other realtor I would recommend to friends and family than Mitchell Stafford!!

ZillowVERIFIED We recently purchased a home with Mitchell Stafford and the experience was absolutely wonderful. This was our first time buying a home, so naturally we had ALL the questions. He was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and accommodating to the things we wanted and needed. Mitchell always responded to questions and comments, no matter what and made this process so much easier. I highly recommend Mitchell Stafford for anyone looking for their perfect home!

ZillowVERIFIED Mitchell was a great realtor. Trying to find a home in a different state has its challenges but he made it easy. We were always getting calls or texts from him to see where we were at in the buying process too. He tells it how he is and thats what we like about him too. He was highly recommend to us from our other military friends and we are be sure to pass on his information to future friends moving to Oklahoma.

ZillowVERIFIED Mitchell was hands down the one to get the job done. I was listed with another Realtor last year and got a lot of excuses as to why my house wasnt selling after I did everything she said to the letter. I even changed the cabinet hinges from brass to silver, a bit silly to me but I did it anyway at a cost of $300. I was also told buy that realtor the house would be staged for a small fee of $100. The only staging that happened was a candle put on a table. I say all that to say Mitchell came in made a few adjustments, have sound advice and had a professional photographer come in and take the right types of photos and got done that another realtor could not, who had charge over the sale for almost a year. That alone speaks a lot about his ability. His professionalism stood out from day one when he refused to speak negatively about (the other) another realtor and just corrected the shortcomings and dove through. Mitchell is a negotiator and once at the table the deal will get done. He always made himself available and stayed true to his word. I would trust and highly recommend him to anyone I know to buy or sell there home.

ZillowVERIFIED Before moving to Oklahoma I went on social media looking for information on schools and then turned into realtor recommendations. Mitchell was one of the recommended with great reviews from others. Mitchell was prompt with us once we arrived in Oklahoma and was willing to meet us right away since time was sensitive. He took us to the houses we had picked from our online browsing since we already had an idea of what we were wanting from the beginning. He gave us his honest opinions especially on one house we were skeptical about. He met us at the house twice with no hesitation. He is down to earth like us and fit our personalities well. We put our earnest money down that same day on the lovely home we bought and we are in complete satisfaction with no regrets. I am so relieved we are in a very nice, calm, and family oriented neighborhood. Thanks again Mitchell!

ZillowVERIFIED Mitchell, was great! We started our home buying process overseas, and he was fantastic from the start. Great communication, and loved the YouTube videos of houses we were interested in. That made it a lot easier to decide on a house while still in Japan. I would absolutely recommend him to any of my friends.

ZillowVERIFIED During a period of uncertainty, Mitchell helped my family and I navigate the process of purchasing a home from start to finish. Character above everything else I could give him accolades for, Mitchell is an honest and frank real estate agent who was always our advocate. Do not consider others, He will tell you what you need to know, just not what you want to hear. Numerous times, he went out of his way to show us homes or follow up with questions. He was focused on putting us in the right home and I know he will do the same for you.

ZillowVERIFIED Where do I start with how lucky I was the find Mitchell?!? My previous realtor in KY conducted several interviews to find us the right person in Lawton, and she hit it out of the park when she found him! Trying to look for houses while living out of state is no easy task, but Mitchell made it as easy as possible. I dont blow smoke and I rarely write reviews, but he deserves so much credit. From my constant questions to getting us in for showings as soon possible when I came to twin to negotiating us one amazing deal. He is great at what he does. THIS IS THE REALTOR YOU WANT ON YOUR SIDE! Even after closing he is still there to help with my questions. We will use Mitchell again whether its buying or selling. I highly recommend him for your real estate needs!!

ZillowVERIFIED This guy went above and beyond. We gave him the challenge to sell our home at a break even cost in a time where the neighborhood market is tough to sell in. He sold our house in 4 months tops with a profit during the Covid-19 pandemic. The day we closed on one house, buy bought another house and closed on the same day. Mitchell is fantastic at his job. We would recommend him to everyone.

ZillowVERIFIED We had already been through a 6 month contract with a realtor when we came across Mitchell. Our hopes were not very high as the previous realtor made us feel like it wasn't worth the effort. We had a nice home, but had a factor that made it a bit more difficult to sell. He was VERY patient with us and our never ending questions. He always stayed in communication with us, which we really liked because we didn't have that before. With Mitchell, we had way more showings in the 3 months he had the listing than the whole 6 months before! He had our house under contract in about 3 months and we had a fast and smooth closing. We were very pleased with our choice to go with him!

ZillowVERIFIED Mitchell took every detail and vision I had in a home and provided me with a list of homes. Not only was he professional in every way, he also kept me up to date with everything and explained the process of buying our first time home in such a way, that if there were any hiccups I knew to expect them. But the process was so smooth, I barely felt stressed. I can't thank him enough, for being the best realtor I've met or dealt with.

ZillowVERIFIED Mitchell Stafford was the greatest person I have ever dealt with. I briefly knew him a few years prior to me buying a house and when I started looking, I put in an inquiry about a house and it just so happened that Mitchell was the first to contact me. I dealt with a few other realtors while continuing to look for over a year but Mitchell was by far the best. As I was looking, I can admit, I may have been a little difficult and told him when I found something I would contact him. But he was nice enough to send me a list of houses that I had explained to him that I might be interested in and within my price range. Although I wasn't able to find anything that I liked from what he sent me, I stumbled upon this house and immediately contacted him. Without hesitation, he was on it and got back to me same day with all the details I needed. As buying a foreclosure home, he told me upfront that sometimes the process could be a difficult one, but also told me he was more than willing to lead me through it. Put in the offer and it was accepted. After that, I would say we had some sort of contact every day from that time until the closing. If there were things that needed to be signed or looked at, he would come to me at times when I wasn't able to come by his office. He makes you feel like more than a client, works hard to make sure the process goes as smoothly as possible, and works in your best interest in explaining things thoroughly and not rushing through anything. There is a reason he was voted Best Realtor in Lawton! You can't go wrong when dealing with Mitchell and I would highly recommend using him whether you're looking to buy or sell!!!
