When I was a first home buyer with the purchase of this condo, he took the time to meet with me and discuss all the important details of looking for and buying a home, and made it such a smooth process it reduced the stress of buying so much. On closing he even helped me get the power turned on! When it came to listing the condo for me to sell his expertise of the condominium property, market value, and what was being sold in the same area for similar condo's he once again made this process a breeze. Mitchell is always responsive, and if he is not able to answer a call he usually calls back within minutes, and is always available via text message. He went above and beyond to show the condo by appointment and open house quickly and guided us through negotiating offers. This time around we were also buying a house, and even though we were unable to line up closing dates, his advice helped us to be able to manage the process. Just as he was quick to show our condo, he was also quick to get us showings for potential properties. When we found the home we now live in it was not going to be a straight forward deal, but once again Mitchell connected us to the right lender, communicated well between us and the seller's agent, and decreased the stress we felt with buying our new home. Mitchell treated us like we are family, and I imagine that he will treat you with just as much kindness, patient and expertise! I will always go back to Mitchell for my real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED I always have a hard time trusting people in sales or commission-based jobs because I figure they're going to steer me toward a deal that's best for them, regardless of what's best for me. Once I started working with Mitchell, I quickly realized that this wasn't the case with him. We saw probably 25 houses together and put in 3 offers before we got one accepted and Mitchell would always show up relaxed, smiling, and ready to say "nah, this one isn't you". As a first time homebuyer, I feel like I couldn't have done it without him. It's an intimidating process, and there's some real benefit in having someone with experience. Six months ago I would've laughed off the importance of strategy in getting an offer accepted ("just put in the highest offer right??") but there's so much more to it, and I honestly think I wouldn't have gotten the house without Mitchell's guidance. I'm sure he has other people that he was working with, but I always felt like a priority and it was a huge comfort to feel like someone with so much experience was really looking out for me. I'd recommend Mitchell to anyone, but I think there's an exceptional value to first timers who might need some hand-holding. Anyone can write up an offer, but Mitchell is a true partner in the process.
