We sat down together to go over the purchase agreement and he walked me through the process and we even calculated some rough numbers, so I would have an idea of how much cash I would need to bring to closing. The back of envelope calculations were actually pretty close, which is impressive. He was very transparent about how FHA loans are very strict with guidelines and requirements, but we managed to power through. He has offered some great advice and I'm ecstatic with my new home.
