I had met with a different neighborhood agent before I met with Mitchell but decided that Mitchell was better for the job. I was right. Found Mitchell to be knowledgeable about the local market as well as the house closing process. I did not live in the area and I trusted Mitchell with the keys for access to the property in my absence. I asked that he be in touch with me every step of the way and he did not disappoint. He embarked on a fairly aggressive strategy to get the property maximum exposure which brought about a sale at full asking price.
