ZillowVERIFIEDI had a wonderful experience working with Mital. She first helped me rent my home three years ago, and when I was ready to sell, I knew I wanted to work with her again. Since I was living out of state and the home was still tenant-occupied, the sale required a great deal of coordination. Mital handled everything seamlesslyaEUR"from communicating with my tenant and preparing the property for sale to keeping me informed throughout the entire process. She was responsive, professional, and thoughtful, making what could have been a stressful experience feel remarkably easy. I'm very grateful for her help and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to rent or sell their home.

ZillowVERIFIED We had the absolute pleasure of working with Mital Mehek Kataria not once, but twice - first when she helped us move into a rental townhouse, and then again when we found our dream 3-bedroom townhouse to buy. From the very beginning, she was incredibly professional, responsive, and truly a step ahead in every part of the process. What stood out the most was how available and thorough she was - always ready with detailed answers to our many questions. Her local knowledge was a huge asset, and being part of our neighborhood herself made everything feel that much more personal and reassuring. Beyond just helping us find and close on our home, she went above and beyond by connecting us with trusted professionals - an excellent home inspector, HVAC technician, electrician, and more. Every recommendation was spot on and made settling into our new place so much easier. Shes not just a fantastic realtor - shes the loveliest person you could hope to work with. Were so grateful for everything she did for our family and would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for a seamless, supportive, and genuinely caring real estate experience.

ZillowVERIFIED Mital helped my pregnant wife and I in March-April. Prior to working with her, we were constantly getting outbid/denied on multiple offers for several months. Within 2 weeks of working with Mital we were able to get an offer accepted. She was able to make this happen because of her experience and knowledge, especially in a seller's market. While simultaneously purchasing a single family home, we also used Mital to lease out our townhouse. She promptly arranged a photographer and posted the listing. Within 3 days and only 2 showings we were able to sign someone to a lease and received several applications. I wholeheartedly recommend Mital as an agent for both buying and selling. She was able to handle all the administrative work and took alot of stress off of our shoulders given our newborn was arriving within a week of closing.

ZillowVERIFIED Mital was amazing and so easy to work with!! From the first day of meeting her, she very clearly delineated the process, explained the next steps and set expectations around expected rent and timing. She managed to rent out my house within 5 days of it being listed! I had also moved out of NJ a month before the property was being listed and Mital went truly above and beyond in terms of working with some repair folks and cleaners, taking out any remaining trash and even helping me return my router that I had forgotten to return. She is the definition of going above and beyond. She is also extremely responsive to any questions and proactively tells you the next steps. I will definitely look to work with her again to rent my property and if I was looking to buy/sell in NJ and highly recommend you do as well!

ZillowVERIFIED I have never written a review for any real estate agent. But when I am writing this review for Mital its an immense pleasure to write for her. SHE IS SIMPLY TERRIFIC. Trust me, whether you are a buyer or seller, SHE CAN DO MAGIC. SHE CAN TRULY FULFILL YOUR DREAM. I am not exaggerating. Let me explain how- We rented a property in NJ, but we were living in California. We last saw the propertys condition and everything four years ago. Because of the Covid break, we have also yet to learn about the market condition. Besides a long time, the tenant-occupied property has not seen the houses condition. By sitting in another coast, selling a property that is 3500 miles away took a lot of work. THEN WE FOUND A MAGICIAN NAMED MITAL. She is terrific in every sense. She was professional, experienced, attentive to our needs, and completely placed us in the best position to sell our house. Her guidance throughout the process was immeasurable. She coordinated everything from start to finish. AT TIMES SHE STEPPED BEYOND HER PROFESSIONAL LIMIT TO HELP US. I would recommend her without reservation to anyone. SHE HAS AN ATTITUDE TO HELP. MORE THAN THE BUSINESS, YOU WILL FIND A TRU PARTNER WHO CAN SERVE YOUR HOME-BUYING OR SELLING DREAM if you are a first-time buyer. I recommend it even more. She is thorough from all legal perspectives and very sensitive about all the information you need from the seller. I love how she works for both buyers and sellers. I promised I would soon engage her to buy a property. SO DONT THINK IF YOU ARE A HOME BUYER OR SELLER. JUST PICK UP YOUR PHONE AND CALL HER. TRUST ME, MITAL WILL NOT LET YOU GO WITHOUT A HAPPY SMILE. Thank you so very much, Mital.

ZillowVERIFIED Long overdue review - Mital helped us purchase a property in December 2022. All I can say is, if you want something to be done, go with Mital. As a person who holds others to high standard and expects/demands a lot and Mital did not miss a single thing while we were in the process. Not only she was knowledgeable throughout the process but also very responsive when needed. Actually, I would say responsiveness is her strongest feature. We are talking a call at 11 PM on a Saturday responsive here. We are talking a text reply within 5 minutes here. Also, there were a few instances where we had to bring contractors for inspection purpose but my wife or myself couldnt be here due to schedule conflict. Mital, without any hesistation, was always there to help us out and we greatly appreciate her effort for that. We worked with a couple of real estate agents in the past and I can confidently say, if you want to find a person who can get the job done, its Mital.
