ZillowVERIFIED Wow, where do I start? Misty Varvil is who you want on your team if you want to sell your home! Her efficiency was absolutely remarkable!! She expedited the paperwork and coordinated viewings effectively, leading to a quick sale. Her proactive approach was evident when she attracted multiple offers. She stepped in when I needed someone with her expertise to guide me through the process. Communication.....MVP ALWAYS kept in the loop and most importantly showed up when I needed them! When I get ready to purchase a home or property, I know who to call! The BEST REAL ESTATE TEAM in Conway, period. Go MVP!!!!!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Misty is a great person and realtor. She is very good to respond to questions in a timely manner and is friendly but still professional. Her assistant also provided assistance in getting the sale completed. I would definitely recommend her and her team to help in buying or selling a home. We ended up closing a couple of weeks before the original closing date. It was a very good selling experience. (She was also the realtor that we worked with to purchase the house.) She did a great job navigating the multiple offers we received.

ZillowVERIFIED Misty was exceptional in selling our house. She constantly informed us on how the process was going. Living almost 4 hours away Misty was awesome about taking care of the sale and negotiations without me having to drive there to handle everything. Misty also sold some real estate prior to the sale of the house. This is why I kept going back to her. She is very conscious about trying to make a fast turnaround for the seller. I would recommend her for any sale of a house or property. You will not be disappointed.

ZillowVERIFIED We had an incredible experience working with Misty. Not only was she incredibly friendly, and wonderful to get to know as a person, but she had tremendous insight into the market and would work tirelessly with us to get the house we wanted. She knew the markets, and what we needed to do to allow us to get the home of our dreams.

ZillowVERIFIED Misty was so helpful. This was my mothers home we were selling as my mother had to move closer to me in Mississippi. We met with her and it wasnt until months later that we were able to put the house on the market. But she was so prompt with offers and photography of the place. Really did an excellent job on the photography. She listened to my concerns when they would arise and would offer advice. She would also listen to me when I disagreed. She is such a sweet person, genuinely wants the best for you. Very Professional.

ZillowVERIFIED Misty was awesome. We were out of state and she went above and beyond to accommodate the long distance. We were also first time home buyers and she was invaluable in helping us navigate the process. We will be calling her when we are ready to sell and we would definitely recommend her to anybody looking to buy or sell a house.

ZillowVERIFIED Misty is awesome! I?ve known her personally for a while now but this was the first time doing a transaction with her. We briefly spoke one day and that deal didn?t work but she said that she may be able to hook me up with something identical with what I was looking for. She went above and beyond by getting us hooked up on the perfect house in the perfect location and it was the same day. We were able to do a 2 week closing because she was so on the spot about getting everything worked up and completed in time. Super awesome experience and I know the sellers think the world of her as well! Definitely refer her to anyone looking for something. I bet she can help you find it and make sure you get the best contacts for financing!

ZillowVERIFIED It was a joy to work with Misty on our first home purchase. She was very friendly, easy to work with, and connected with us personally from the first time we met her. She helped us over the course of 6 months to find the right house for us. She was always willing and able to show us houses, even with very little notice. Her friendliness and charismatic personality made us trust her and feel confident in her ability to work with us. She has great connections and knowledge about the area and always answered our questions and concerns. Misty has a great ability to connect and we felt like we gained a friendship while working with her. She was upfront, timely, and punctual about everything. She was on-top with all comments and questions and kept the communication flowing from the start. We appreciate her hard and diligent work on our behalf and her team was also great. We would highly recommend Misty to our family, friends, and others who may be looking for a realtor and know that anyone would be more than pleased with her work. We feel fortunate to have been able to work with her and all of MVP Real Estate. They all made the home buying process easy and smooth! We could count on Misty to make it happen. They were fantastic!

ZillowVERIFIED Great, I used Misty for 2 years before finding a house and she never gave up. She is very nice and quick to responding. She helped with the knowledge of buying a house as I was a first time buyer, and didn?t have much before hand. Misty is very professional and works as hard as she can to get what you need and want.

ZillowVERIFIED Misty is absolutely amazing! She is very knowledgeable and outstanding at her job! I?m not sure that I would have gotten my home in this crazy market without her expertise :) I used a realtor before her, who very quickly gave up on me. Misty did NOT and she was there by my side every step of the way! It may have taken awhile to find something, but I?m very thankful she was so quick to jump on showing me my new home. I can?t thank you enough! I would highly recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat!
