ZillowVERIFIEDI requested a virtual showing Misty responded and said she would get back with me shortly. All I received was an email telling me that the property was a complete remodel and if I would like a list, I responded yes, I mean honestly I expected repairs to be made. However, after 2 months I have yet to receive a response for anything. I've text emailed and tried to call. Nothing..... I would suggest you look for a different company to work with. My review will be on google and other sites as well. Thank you Misty

She gave us guidelines to negotiating with the builder. She assisted us with the walk through to make sure the builder didnt overlook anything and she caught several things in the walk trough we missed. ZillowVERIFIED Misty came to us through our loan officer after having some unpleasant experiences with other realtors. She called us immediately to introduce herself, and to get an ideal of what it was we were looking for. She put together some listing and from there we meet up with her. She is very knowledgeable about the process, the area, and what is/isnt a good deal. She worked with home owners to schedule a time that was convenient for us and them to view homes. She walked us through every step upon deciding a home to purchase. Not only was she available to answer questions we had, but she was there to do the walk through with the builder supervisor to ensure they were doing what they were suppose to do. Misty even showed up during the purchasing appointment at the very end to ensure everything went smoothly, that we understood what we were signing and just to support us . And it didnt just end there, Misty stayed in touch after the purchase to see how everything was going, if we had any questions and reminded us to file our house exemption paperwork. I would highly recommend Misty shes not just a realtor, shes a person who cares about the client and wants to ensure they get their forever home, their dream home, and that they are doing well afterwards.

She works around the clock and goes above and beyond to make sure you get what you want. She always considered what was in my best interest instead of what was in it for her.
