Our decision was based on a variety of factors, such as knowledge of the market, listing skills, respectful manner and negotiation skills. Misty's negotiation skills with the buyer, the buyer's agent and us enabled a successful and quick sale. I guarantee you will not find anyone better. The homes she sold at Bayside Lake sold within days or less than week. Mine had an offer in a day and two offers in less than a week. We sold above asking. She was very creative at showcasing my home. The pictures taken were like none I've seen before. Her team to include the photographer, are second to none. They were great to work with and left me with an impression and confidence I picked the right team to sell my home. Misty is in the top 1% in sales for the county. She consistently ranks in the top 25 out of 5000 agents in Brevard County. Her contract and offer to sell my home were better than any realtor and the fact she is the best in sales left my decision easiest to make. She is very prompt in calling you back: I had called another realtor but Misty was the one who called back. We arranged to meet the next week. She came to the meeting with all the info needed to make a knowledgeable decision.. She brought comparisons of homes in my community, stats on homes on the market and perhaps what should be the asking price for my home. She not only has business savvy but she is also compassionate. ZillowVERIFIED We had one of the most stressful and craziest situations when selling our home but Misty pulled through in more ways than I can count! Our house was listed 30k higher than another agent wanted to list it at because Misty knew what she was doing and sure enough, we had TWO offers within about the first 2 weeks, including a cash offer on mine and Misty's birthday (woohoo)!!! Not only am I pregnant with a toddler & was super stressed but we moved across country and the buyers we went with ALMOST backed out last minute. Misty stepped up and talked some sense into the buyers' realtor and got the people to move forward with the purchase after a lot of back and forth and we finally settled after an extension was granted. It was a SUPER rare situation that occured and was totally the buyers' weird banking situation (I'll spare the details) but my goodness, if it weren't for Misty, I don't know what would've happened! She was always there for us and supported, as well as respected, our decisions and opinions! We could not have found a more perfect agent! We still keep in touch with her and she even got us an incredible gift after all we went through that just put the cherry on top!!! We adore Misty.
