First thing is to make sure that you are pre-qualified and have a letter from lender. In today's market proof of pre-qualification is a MUST.

Make certain that you are up to date with the market trends and make sure that your home is available for showings and kept neat.

I have worked with first time home buyers, experienced home buyers/sellers. I have worked with investors and flippers.

I had a first time home buyer couple, they were anxious and nervous about the whole process, at first. I educated them on what steps needed to be taken and we traveled the road together and it brought ease as the process went on. They were a little perturbed when the lender that they had chosen pre-approved them for a really low amount. I then suggested a lender that I have worked with and they were pre-approved for a much higher amount and qualified for some additional help as well. When we found the "perfect" home, everyone was excited and now they are happily new home owners.

I moved here in 2020 during the pandemic and had to be home with my child for school. I would work jobs like UBER and Shipt, just to get by. I had someone who believed that I could do so much more and I enrolled in school for real estate agent. I am now in the middle of going back to license in Michigan as well.
