ZillowVERIFIEDI bought my home in Texas from Misty Michael while living in California. She was so thorough in providing information and arranging appointments and viewing when I arrived to shop for homes. She found just the right house for me based on my criteria and helped me conclude the sale by long distance. She is one of the best! (Service in 2006-2016)

ZillowVERIFIED Misty was so great to me! At first I was hesitant to ask Misty to show me houses at all hours and occasionally twice in one day, but she insisted! She helped guide me through a sellers market and helped me to buy my first home. Couldnt say enough about Misty and how great she was. If youre looking for an agent who cares about you, and works her tail off, give Misty a call!

Since we were going to be first time buyers she took time one evening to meet us to explain the process. ZillowVERIFIED Misty Michael is the best Realtor in the business. My husband and I have used her for both selling our home as well as purchasing a home and she is absolutely amazing as both a sellers agent and a buyers agent. She is very knowledgable about every aspect of real estate and it is very obvious she has years of experience and expertise. Our home was sold very quickly and she was determined to find us a new place as soon as possible. She was very accessible and was always willing to meet up with us in a timely manner. She is a master at negotiation and will do everything in her power to make sure you get the price you want whether selling or purchasing a home. One of Mistys best qualities is her personality. She is very personable with a great sense of humor which makes the whole process a little less stressful. She also knows how to make things happen! We would very highly recommend her and will use her for all of our future real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Last year my husband and I decided to buy our first home. Misty was so patient with us. We pulled her every where in the DFW area trying to figure out what side of town was calling us. She knew about so much and found us the perfect place! We are in a great school district for our future family and we have a home that meet our top needs. We wanted 4 bedrooms and 2 of them down stairs it actually was harder than we thought to find that combination. We ended up with a 5 bedroom and 4 full bath that we have room for guest and to grow as a family. Misty did her research and really went above our expectations. We got a great deal, she responded quickly, and we closed super fast because she stayed on top of everything. My husband and I know it takes a lot of foot work to do what she did for us we are both in the mortgage industry. Ive already told several friends about our experience and refered them. If you want someone that is straight forward, comfortable to be around, and honest she is the one to utilize.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I moved from California to Texas and was more than a little apprehensive. We had not been to the area in over 15 years. Not only did Misty provide us with material about areas sufficient enough to make our decision, but she was available on our time and we were 2 hours behind Texas. That made it late locally. Misty was thorough, responsive and very pleasant. We actually had several agents looking for us at that time as we had signed up on several sites looking for a home. Though many called us, not 1 actually assisted us in a way we felt comfortable. Misty was not looking for a sale, she was looking to help a future friend. It is without hesitation that we would recommend Misty Michael and her fantastic team to help anyone moving to the area or looking to move within the area. We are blessed to have met her.

ZillowVERIFIED We were so fortunate to have found Misty Michael when we moved to Frisco. The best part about working with her was that she was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than she was on closing a deal. We would recommend her to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Misty to locate a lease property for our family. We are not from this area, and thanks to her knowledge of the area, she was able to direct us to the right locations that would fit our needs! She made herself available to tour homes as our schedule required, and we were able to find the perfect home in the right area, for the right price, and within our limited timeline. I would highly recommend Misty! We would definitely retain her services again, if needed.
