ZillowVERIFIED Misty was absolutely amazing! We were out of state buyers which made things a little more difficult. Misty was always quick to respond, and never seem to get annoyed when I would say aEURoenoaEUR? to what seemed like 100 houses. She was hands down the easiest person to work with. We would definitely recommend Misty for your home buying/selling needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Misty is an AMAZING realtor, for the lack of better words!! I have dealt with several on buying and selling, but she is bar none THE best I have ever had! She was by my side throughout the whole buying process. She researched everything I had questions about pertaining to the property in a very prompt time frame. If I had a concern, she done due diligence to check into it in order to ease my mind and it didn't matter if it was early morning or late at night. All the reviews I've read of her is spot on. With this purchase she out shined the selling realtor with knowledge, persistence, effort, and expertise. A1 realtor! She is a lady who truly cares about people and it shows in her work. I would recommend her to everyone! Misty: Thank you so much for making the purchase of my dream-come-true homestead property go so smoothly. You were a blessing to me! Sincerely, Christie.

ZillowVERIFIED We purchased a country home near Savanna Tennessee. Misty was very patient with our need to find a perfect house within our price range. We traveled from Florida to Tennessee several times before the wife and I agreed on a house. Misty was very accommodating changing her personal plans to meet our needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Misty was wonderful to work with! She goes above, and beyond for her clients. The only downside to our buying experience was not getting to work with her anymore after closing.

ZillowVERIFIED Misty was a pleasure to have as my real estate agent. She never left any questions go unanswered, very attentive to detail, super responsive, as if you were her only client. She quickly responded to every email, text and phone call. Misty is very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend her. She stayed the course and worked very hard through a very trying and frustrating selling/closing process. She put in the time and effort that most agents would have dismissed. She always went above and beyond. Misty had my lake cabin in escrow within weeks of it being listed but more importantly, I got 90% of our original list price. It had been a very difficult property to sell a year prior until she came along. Misty was upfront about everything and kept me informed on all that was happening. I couldn't have asked for a better agent. Misty was a prayer answered! A pleasure to work with. Thanks Misty!!!
