ZillowVERIFIEDI drove up to see 3 different homes in the area. I had an appointment with Misty for all 3 on same day. She was over an hour late for the first one and showed up talking on her phone. She was extremely rude and wouldnt get off the phone to answer any of my questions. After I had walked through the house she said to follow her to the next one. She got there first and was outside smoking a cigarette and talking on her phone It was obviously a personal call as she was laughing and seemed to be talking about someone she worked with. I said I wasnt interested and left It was a bad experience and I felt as though she couldnt have cared less about me or my time

For example, we put in an offer on the home late Friday evening, which took a fair amount of work on her part to prepare. Then I heard a lot of people were looking at the home I was interested in over the weekend, so I changed my mind and decided to put in a higher offer. I notified her Sunday evening, expecting her to write it up Monday morning. Instead, she did it 10:30pm on Sunday night! The offer was in and waiting by 5am EST. Our first offer was rejected along with several others and our second one was accepted! Thank you Misty!!
