ZillowVERIFIEDMisti was persistent and polite, unlike others responding to my algorythm. She pointed me in a direction that seemed unattainable and everything seemed to effortlessly fall into place. A new beginning I had only been dreaming of came to be and we haven't even met yet. So very grateful for her efforts.

ZillowVERIFIED After having a realtor that was unsuccessful and seemed to have too many listings to deal with, Misti made our dreams of selling our rental house a reality. We never set out to be landlords and the sale of the house has lifted the stress of that job off our shoulders. Thank you!

ZillowVERIFIED Misti is the consummate professional who exceeded all of my expectations on both the purchase and sale of one of our houses. My wife and I are professional Real Estate Professionals who invest in San Antonio. We are also Realtors in Las Vegas Nevada. We both agree Misti has set the bar so high in quality of service and professionalism it would be a stretch for even us to reach it...

ZillowVERIFIED Misti was amazing! She was a calming presence, a intercessor, and incredibly personable. Anytime that me or my wife had a question, she was incredibly quick with a clear response. She met us wherever we needed to, at any time, and worked with out extremely busy schedule. We have already recommended her to others!

ZillowVERIFIED Misti and Alex Rios, helped me and my family purchase our first home. Misti's great attention to detail and care in ensuring that everything we needed from appraisals, inspections and survey's were completed in a timely and professional manner. Misti was very helpful in negotiating our price down, along with other misc. things that belonged to the owner that we wanted to remain at the house. Our purchase was successful and completed with minimal stress due to her commitment to us as a client and her innate calm disposition. Misti and Alex have the knowledge and experience and sincerely want what is in the best interest of their clients. I would trust them for all your real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED I highly recommend Misti and Alex Rios to sell your home! They are extremely pleasant to work with in addition to being knowledgeable and thorough. No detail was overlooked to put my home in the most advantageous position possible in order for it to sell in a timely fashion. Their creative use of various marketing tools made a HUGE difference! Taking all the current challenges of the housing market into consideration, I am thankful for them! From listing my home to the actual closing date seven weeks later...I have absolutely NO complaints--only praise for their expertise!
