ZillowVERIFIEDI purchased a single family home in March 2023 and he helped me find an amazing home. He always have my best interest in mind and always encourages me to think about things first before acting and not pushy. Hes very knowledgeable on the real estate business. We have an uncooperative seller and title office but he was able to navigate through it and talk to them in an amazing manner (still with my best interest in mind).

ZillowVERIFIED Honestly cannot say enough good things about our experience with Cady Realty, specifically with Missy. She is extremely knowledgeable about real estate and helped us through a unique situation where we went under contract on a new construction home prior to completion. She made the process easy and we felt so comfortable, especially with living out of state, knowing she was checking in on progress and giving us updates on the home. Her team is extremely professional and have done an amazing job to improve the Avondale / Riverside area with local events. Would recommend her to everyone!

ZillowVERIFIED WOW! Firstly, the Cady name in the NE Florida area speaks for itself. A family with roots and a pure love for this entire region, I knew I would not only be working with experts in the area, but people who live here and have a genuine love for the community. Becky Turner was our agent and truly the moment she knew we needed help, she stepped in like a lioness mama ready to fight for us and find a home for us. We had less than 3 days to FIND the perfect home, put down and offer and get under contract. Our family was desperate. We went with the most perfect, all hours of the day, compassionate, and hard working, loyal agent when we chose Becky. She was like our knight in shining armor because we didn't think it could be done. From late night calls negotiating with the seller who was in Japan and many time zones away, dealing with our family drama with grace and understanding, and being nothing but supportive and a true advocate for us. Not stopping until we found the perfect house that checked off at least 8 of our top ten needs. Not once did she push us, make me feel backed into a corner when looking at homes. And would even see the look on my face when we entered some and immediately knew it wasn't the one and would remind me we could walk right out and go check the next one. When we put in our offer, she took me to lunch, and while we ate, the Cady team was hard at work putting the paperwork together, had already reached out to the selling agent, and we had documents signed within an hour. We were under contract the next day. And even got them to pay closing! She held our hand through the entire process, daily even sometimes hourly updates. Missy made herself available for me over the phone and in person when we had additional broker questions regarding our new build home that we were walking away from and it was like I was talking to Becky's twin. They helped us get all our money back and fought for us. We now have a new friend in Becky and in Missy, but I know that when the time comes to sell our house, she will be selling it faster than I can imagine. Knowing they invest their time and money, a significant amount, to deliver for their clients. Go with local, small business realtors. You will NEVER regret it! Thank you Becky and all from the Cady team. Ive never had an experience so pleasant buying/selling a home in my life. We are so thankful for you all!

ZillowVERIFIED Siana took amazing care of us when we were house shopping long distance from Oklahoma during spring 2020. We had a short window to find a new home, and knew nothing about Jacksonville or its real estate before we met her. She was so patient as we drove all over the city, and she did several great virtual tours for us as well before we finally found 'the one.' She knew what to look for, handled negotiations smoothly and was so FUN! The whole Cady Realty team is fabulous, I recommend them with all my heart!

ZillowVERIFIED We are very satisfied with the performance and results that Missy and her team at Cady Realty achieved for us.Cady Realty was a delight to work with. Whenever I spoke with Missy on the phone, I could hear when she smiled. We had a complicated sale (Trust, multiple trustees in different states). We had started with another agent, which did not work out. Cady Realty picked up the pieces, gave us hope, kept us informed, and in barely more than a month, got us through closing. Flexible, reassuring, juggling everything that came her way, Missy made everything easy for us.

ZillowVERIFIED It has been an absolute pleasure to work with Missy. She was patient with us while we looked at more houses than average. She worked hard to make sure we found the perfect home for us and gave more than enough info to help make the right choice. Through the buying process she kept us informed of the steps and worked wonders negotiating with the seller. Missy made sure the process moved as smoothly as possible and we are forever grateful for her efforts.

ZillowVERIFIED Missy helped us find our perfect fit. Her team has been wonderful to work with and has helped us thru every step of the home buying process. We are new to home buying so we are so appreciative to have a realtor who can explain all the ins and outs of everything. We are also not from Jacksonville so they have helped us learn all about the area when we had questions and all about the schools.

ZillowVERIFIED We just bought a Condo in Jacksonville for my son to live in during Grad school. We live in Tampa and were referred to Missy to start our search. Missy was great to work with and was able to set up 11 properties for us to view after getting to know our preferences. She was able to help us narrow the choices down to our selection and negotiated a great price for us. This was all done during a weekend trip! Missy was great to work with and I would highly recommend her firm for your real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Where to begin?? Missy and her team had a great sales marketing plan and laid out a clear sequential series of events from pre-listing to closing. We received three full price/over asking offers within the first two days of being on the market. Missy was extremely responsive day or night with any questions or concerns we had. She negotiated at every step on our behalf and to our benefit, so we always felt that someone was on our side as a seller. Selling can be a stressful event, but our entire experience was as stress free as possible with Missy. Best decision weve ever made in using her and her team. I highly recommend her and will turn to Missy for any future needs!

ZillowVERIFIED Missy is wonderful! She bends over backwards for her clients and makes a process that could be very stressful painless and easy. I highly recommend her! Missy works tirelessly with her clients to make sure they get what they need, right when they need it. She sold my house during the open house! This is because she knows the market really well, and she knows what people are looking for. She helped me make sure the house was ready before it went on the market, and she knew what would make the house attractive to buyers. Before I hired Missy, I spoke with a few other realtors. What puts her above the others is her personal touch. She really knows the market, and she really knows her clients. She is always available, she is honest, and she is the hardest-working person I know. She is not just a great realtor, she is a great person.
