Our first dealing with Mirtha she spent all of her time with us, she got a good understanding of what we were looking for in a home. Unfortunately we did not find anything that was of interest to us, every few day Mirtha would call me with updates of the new listings on the market, about 2 weeks later Mirtha had found the house we wanted and as our buyers agent, she put in a contract and we closed on it in less then 90 days. We had complete confidence in her. We did not see our new home until the day of the closing. Mirtha is a one in million agent and I would not hesitate to recommend her. We have since purchased another home from her.
