ZillowVERIFIEDMiro and Alexandria were so great to work with! As first-time homebuyers, we obviously had a lot of questions and concerns throughout the process, but they were always there for us through every step. They were responsive, caring, and went above and beyond to hear us out and assist us. I couldn't be more grateful for their help with buying our first home!

ZillowVERIFIED Miro is hands down the best realtor in all of Ventura county! I was blown away by his knowledge on the area, his quick responses (even late night on weekends), and most importantlyaEUR| how quickly he secured our dream home while saving us tens of thousands of dollars with his negotiation strategies. If youre looking for someone who will work relentlessly to find your dream home (and make it yours), Miro is your guy!

ZillowVERIFIED Miro, did a superb job in helping us buy a home for our daughter. He were exceptionally knowledgeable about the areas we were interested in and helped us make informed bids on three properties. He provided valuable assistance in the inspection process and all the issues that came up in the escrow process, including a leaseback to the Seller. He was responsive, easy to deal with and very effective at all stages of the purchase process ( he even sent us a get well basket when we got sick during the process!). We definitely plan on working with him on other real estate projects down the road.

ZillowVERIFIED Weve trusted Miro to list and sell three of our homes, two right here in North Ranch and the results have been nothing short of outstanding. Every sale brought in multiple offers and pushed to record setting prices. Miro doesnt just list homes, he creates demand, negotiates at a high level, and delivers results you can actually measure. Time and time again, hes gone above and beyond what we expected. If youre thinking about selling, theres no one Id trust more. Call Miro. You wont just be satisfied, youll be impressed.- Alan & Lydia

ZillowVERIFIED Miro is fantastic to work with. In the last 7 years he has helped us buy and sell 3 houses. He is extremely knowledgeable about each current market and strategises the best way to get the most for your home. He helps with furniture placement or suggestions to maximize the property value if need be. He even helped us vacuum one of our houses prior to a photoshoot. He will go above and beyond for his clients. Highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED Miro was an angel sent from heaven from the beginning of this process to the end. He went out of his way to help us get this house, (even if it meant handling work for us and questions while he was on vacation) . He really went about be and beyond to handle this transaction in a timely manner and be attentive to our needs and questions about this house. If you are looking for someone that is professional and not just looking for a paycheck out of getting you in a house, this is your man! Thankyou Miro once again!

ZillowVERIFIED We truly loved working with Miro! We bought our first home back in 2021 when the market was insane and super competitive. He found us tons of properties that fit our needs. He was patient and a relentless negotiator. When we almost lost all hope and wanted to give up, he found us a perfect home and closed the deal with a price within our budget! Most importantly, he was easy to get in touch with, and kept us updated on every little detail. Truly the best realtor Ive ever worked with. I cant wait to buy more homes together!

ZillowVERIFIED Miro made the purchase of our first home so effortless and enjoyable! We knew what we wanted but we also wanted to check out other options, and Miro was always ready and willing to show us a house we wanted to see. When we found the home we wanted, Miro worked hard to make sure the process was easy to understand and simple to complete. I felt like Miro was working hard to make sure we had the best home buying experience! He made sure that our transaction was fair and that we got everything we deserved, including our perfect home! Even if we have real estate questions now, hes always available and helpful. We have recommended Miro to other friends and will continue to do so!

ZillowVERIFIED We purchased our first home in October 2020 (peak of the COVID madness) and Miro made our entire home buying process so smooth. Our sale was not an easy one for anyone. We had a few sellers involved being our home was an inherited property, but Miro made the entire process so smooth and kept our spirits high the entire time. He answered every text and call quickly and had answers for us within the hour. I 10/10 recommend Miro and would absolutely use him again when we do decide to sell our first home. Thank you Miro. We wish you continued success!!

ZillowVERIFIED Miro helped us find our first home and made the process incredibly smooth. He knows the ins and outs of real estate, and always answered our questions with patience and kindness. He has a true talent for what he does and we could not thank him enough. And if purchasing a home wasnt enough, he helped us sell our condo! He helped us weed through the offers and got us one incredible offer! Miro is the best and we really could not recommend him enough

ZillowVERIFIED Miro was recommended by a friend. I was totally out of my element selling and buying at the same time, which had its emotional challenges, to put it lightly. Miro was part, therapist, friend, son, and professional agent. He has a lot of wisdom for his age. Very well rounded agent. I recommend him to all my contacts.

ZillowVERIFIED Miro is an outstanding agent. He showed a lot of patience and helped guide the way to purchasing a new home. As a first time home buyer, the process can seem quite intimidating. However, Miro makes the process so much easier and really helps walk you through. He was always available when I needed to ask a question or wanted to see a certain home. My fiance and I are very happy with dedication that Miro puts in to his career. Thank you!!!

ZillowVERIFIED The only realtor you need! Miro is absolutely amazing! My husband and I are first time home buyers and had no idea what we were doing. We had been looking for over a year with a different realtor then we found Miro and in a couple months we bought a new house. Without Miro I think we would still be looking. He is incredibly hardworking, tentative, and informative. I have recommended him to everyone I know!

ZillowVERIFIED Miro?s knowledge of real estate is invaluable through the buying/selling process. He is completely transparent and truly has his client?s best interest in mind. Miro was easy to contact at all times of the day and week, and was quick to respond anytime we had a question. Miro takes matters into his own hands so that the buying/selling process is as least stressful as possible and proceeds with ease. I cannot give Miro enough compliments. ZillowVERIFIED 5.0 star rating 6/25/2018My husband and I knew we would call Todd Riccio when we were ready to sell our home. He has been calling on us and working the Oakbrook Community for years. He is always professional and courteous when he comes around. Whether he is having a neighborhood garage sale or putting American flags at every home on specific holidays. So a few weeks ago we listed our home with Todd and his team. They worked their magic and our home sold in one week with multiple offers. It sold for thousands of dollars over the asking price and we couldnt be happier. Todd and Miro are the best of the best. If you plan on buying or selling a home do yourself a favor and call this team. They know their stuff.

ZillowVERIFIED Bottom line is you want someone you know who is going to be diligent, educated, resourceful, thorough, accommodating and above all, someone you can trust when buying a house.I dont know much about the real estate world but Miro does. Miro makes looking to buy or selling super easy by thinning out the options and presenting you with only the cream of the crop; whether that is finding the perfect balcony or making sure you are getting every penny that your property is worth. Miros greatest quality and what makes him stand out from the crowd is his personal approach to client satisfaction and his charismatic energy. Truly a game changer when looking to find your dream property; without of course all the stress and worry that is usually part of the process. Great service, great advice, great personality. 10/10

ZillowVERIFIED Miro, has a no-pressure approach to promoting his real estate business. To elaborate, I personally am looking to invest in real estate within the next couple of years. He happily answers any questions, diffuses any concerns that come up about investing, and current market conditions. While happily comforting me about my future investments, and he puts a strong emphasis on how he runs his business, he isnt there to pressure someone into making a decision, he is there to alleviate the stress of the buying or selling process once a decision has been made by a potential client, or clients.

ZillowVERIFIED Miro is very knowledgeable about the real estate market and what it takes to sell a house. He is a man of his word and prides himself on integrity. I am an investor myself and its been a pleasure having Miro as resource. Not every agent understands both the investor side of the business and the average seller/buyer side of the business so you will be in good hands with Miro.
