We recently agreed to buy a new home out of state to be near family. Then we knew it was important to sell our current home for the best possible price promptly. We were fortunate to have Miriam Mosquera-Martinez as our realtor. As older, inexperienced sellers, we required extra assistance with technology and the whole process. Miriam was extremely patient and a good teacher. She was always available and her communication skills are excellent. She quickly helped every step of the way. She provided an excellent market analysis and arranged all meetings with the buyer and inspectors. We had some issues with the Title Company. Miriam kept working on the problem and it was eventually resolved before the sale. We sold our home in Pennsylvania and 2 days later bought our new home in Massachusetts. That is pretty amazing. Thank you Miriam for a professional job well done.

Miriam was wonderful to work with. We were randomly assigned her when she agreed to last minute show us a house. She was always available for questions and very responsive. We felt like we were her only clients! We were so impressed we asked her to sell our home. She did a great job with negations and gave us recommendations. Miriam was such a pleasure to work with. She exudes extreme professionalism in all aspects.
