ZillowVERIFIEDOur agent, Miranda Vaulet, was and IS one of the best, most knowledgeable real estate professionals we have ever had the pleasure to represent us in our home-selling process. She is with you every step of the way, communicates often and always has her client's best interest in her advice and strategy. She knows what needs to be done. We were retiring and moving out of No NV. When we listed and immediately had our 1st Open House, three offers in 3-1/2 days, we weren't prepared mentally but Miranda calmed us with her step-by-step positivity and reassurance. She lessens the burden for her clients. We can honestly say HIRE HER. She is so awesome. She sold our home fast and made it happen! If I had 10 thumbs, I'd give her kudos 10 x's! Many thanks to Miranda Vaulet w/the Vaulet Group.

ZillowVERIFIED Miranda and Brent were exceptional. Miranda took one look at my house and said exactly what she thought we could get for it (which was more than I had even hoped for) and they sold it in close to one day! The team had my back and felt I was in great hands all the way through the process. The Vaulet Group helped me find my new home and supported me through that process too. I feel really grateful I had them as my realtors.

ZillowVERIFIED Miranda was our eyes on the ground as we purchased our home without being in the Reno area. She helped us find a fantastic house in a growing area close to Reno yet far enough outside the busy city areas. She was also excellent at directing us away from another property after she did a remote walkthrough for us. I would strongly recommend Miranda to anyone looking to buy property in the Reno area.

ZillowVERIFIED She was very helpful in every step of the way. I didn't know where to start looking for help in Sun Valley. This was my brothers house that we sold after he died. She arranged for people to clean the house, kitchen and carpet. She helped arrange for trash and debris hauling. Managed to get us a price over asking. She made it very easy for me in this difficult time. It is nearly impossible for me to thank her enough!!

ZillowVERIFIED Thank you! We were extremely pleased with the service Vaulet Group Real Estate provided to us during the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new home. By pure chance, we met Donal Minihan at an open house in Cold Springs, and had a short chat with him about options. We wanted to sell our current home and downsize to another without paying for two mortgages. Within two weeks of that chance meeting, Donal and Brent Vaulet, working as a team, found us a perfect smaller home that had all our wish list items, and had listed our old home on the market. We were under contract on both homes within a week. The most notable piece of our connection with Donal and Brent was the extremely high level of customer service they provided. They were with us every step of the way, available 24/7 for questions and concerns, guided us through the process with ease, connected us with an amazing lender (Dene Atchison), who also jumped through many hoops for us. We are so grateful to Vaulet Group Real Estate for helping us with this big life decision. Thank you for making it easy for us!

ZillowVERIFIED Brent Vaulet showed me multiple listings as I was trying to decide what I wanted to purchase and invest in. From small 1 beds to large houses to multifamily units, he helped me get a beat on the market and understand the pros and cons of each investment. In the end I purchased a large property with 10 acres that I am very happy with. Brent was at all times friendly, responsive and went out of his way to help me over and over again. I would highly recommend him having worked with some of the best real estate agents in the Bay, NY, NV and LA.

ZillowVERIFIED We were on a tight schedule to move from Spanish Springs to our new home in Tennessee. Brent coordinated our carpet install and cleaning crew right after we moved out and had scheduled an open house by the following weekend. Our house was only 37 days on the market from listing until sold! Brents communication and attention to detail made the sale of our home easy and stress free. Brent and the rest of the Vaulet team are true professionals!

ZillowVERIFIED Wow! Made buying a house such a breeze! I was new to home buying, and have heard horror stories from friends and family about terrible agents. Brent Vaulet was professional and personal! He never made me feel uncomfortable and helped me every step of the way! Brent explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from the making the offer, to working with the mortgage banker. He was always available to answer any questions. Brent is absolutely wonderful to work with. Its like having a friend on the inside that is working for you. He really care about his clients.

ZillowVERIFIED My home sold quickly (within two days). We had 20 showings and 12 offers. The highest offer was $22k over asking. I think my agents tips about staging and photos really helped. My agent came over a month before the listing date to tell me what I should and should not do before listing. I had planned to do some things (like repaint a room, etc) and she told me not to and it ultimately didn't make a difference, so I am glad I didn't. We had a pretty significant hiccup in the end, but my agent got it worked out. It wasn't the most favorable outcome, but the only outcome given the situation. It was easy to get anxious or nervous along the way, but my agent just reassured me that it would work out. I also sold some furniture to the buyer and she handled that as well. She is now my agent on my purchase!

ZillowVERIFIED Miranda and team were extremely helpful during the selling of our family home. With 2 kids away at college it was time to change our living situation and start a new chapter in our lives. Miranda made sure we were well positioned to get every cent out of our home/investment. This allowed us to buy the perfect new home (which she and team also helped with) that will serve our family for many years to come. When our house was listed, we received several requests for showings (during COVID) and received several, full price offers within the first few days. We are super happy with the service we received and proud to call Miranda and team FRIENDS and would recommend them wholeheartedly.

ZillowVERIFIED We had a wonderful experience with our realtor Lindsey. She is such a go getter, if we had questions or had a specific thing about a house we were looking for she stopped at nothing to get answers back to us. She understood our tastes and found our forever home. Her passion a willingness to do what it took to find us a home is the reason we'll be using her and recommending her in the future. LINDSEY YOU ROCK!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Brent Vaulet and Donal Minihan were very patient and helpful with us with showing us re-sales, no builds and eventually the Next Gen house we purchased and with selling our old house. Brent was very helpful with us being able to rent back our old home for 5 weeks after it closed and also with communicating with the builder/sales office of our new home. Brent even helped us find a realtor in California to sell our Mother/MIL's house so we could move her up here. During the stressful times of selling 2 houses, buying and COVID-19 everything lined up and went pretty smooth. Huge thank you to Brent for everything!

ZillowVERIFIED The house we sold belonged to my parents, so this was a house that was going through the estate probate process. Miranda was well versed in the process of selling and buying houses of this sort. She always answered my questions immediately, gave good advice, but was also open to the wishes of the estate beneficiaries. Our sale was seamless and Miranda made it seem so simple.
