As someone unfamiliar with Austin, I was very fortunate to have Miranda guide me through the home-buying process. She's organized, attentive, and knowledgeable about the local market. During my visit, she showed me a variety of properties across different areas, offering objective insights on each one. Miranda was assertive when needed during negotiations and went above and beyond to help me rent out the property, connecting me with reliable contractors for repairs. I couldn't ask for a better agent--highly recommend!

Miranda is a dream agent, can't say enough good things about her. She sold our house at a good price, in good time, to good people. She has good contacts in the trades and took care of coordinating all the different work needed to prepare the house for sale, including a major estate sale to clear out two decades' worth of accumulated stuff. Most of the prep work happened after we moved overseas, but she always kept us in the loop and carried out a big project seamlessly. She was always clear and reassuring, and we were able to trust her every step. Plus, she's just one of those people you like to be around. The whole experience was very positive, and I recommend her highly.

We had the pleasure of working with Miranda during our recent home buying & selling experience, and we couldn't be more impressed. Our home hit the market when the tides were turning and homes were sitting longer, and of course we needed to sell before buying. Miranda was not only incredibly patient, always answering our questions in a thoughtful and empathetic manner, but proactive in strategizing and proposing what to do next (backed with data). While our home was on the market, she also took the time to truly learn what we were looking for in our next home. We toured houses throughout the months our home was on the market and Miranda was incredibly helpful in bringing us back to what we were looking for to make sure we'd be happy long term - not just right now. This was something I didn't even realize how much we needed or how helpful it would be. Our house went under contract while our dream home was still available. In a quick change of pace, Miranda was able to make an offer the same day and ultimately accepted after negotiations. Closing on two homes in 4 weeks was quite the juggling act, but thanks to her it was a breeze and we always knew what we needed to do and why. We've now been in our home for over a month and couldn't be more grateful - knowing that it wouldn't have been possible without Miranda (she even kept helping after close). This is our 3rd time buying / selling - but the 1st that I know I'd never work with anyone else. We couldn't recommend Miranda more highly!

Miranda was wonderful to work with from start to finish. My husband and I were first time home buyers with A LOT of questions and Miranda never failed to address them competently & patiently. Aside from being extremely knowledgeable about the whole process, she is compassionate and kind and exactly the type of person you want on your side for the home buying process. We are exceedingly glad we worked with Miranda and will wholeheartedly be referring her to friends and family in the Austin metro area in the future.
