Each step of the transaction was well thought out and carried out without any interference. They listed my house, took fresh photos to accent all rooms, staged all rooms, including designing a hallway on the lower level as a reading and a bar area looking into the lake in my back yard. ZillowVERIFIED We selected Minetti Dennis Group because we needed professionals to stage the house, market it, build excitement for the sale and draw in the proper prospective buyers in a short period of time. Their follow up with help in other areas was great. For example, what all needs to be done as sale progresses, ie. obtain a C/O from existing town, schedule services to be discontinued, etc. They even hung in there and suggested estate sale people, radon inspectors and more. We sold within a couple of weeks and closed with no real issues in 30 days. Just the way most realtors script it but rarely pull it off.

ZillowVERIFIED Highly professional. Nicole and Tara helped me in selling my house during the winter, which is known to be seasonally difficult for sellers. However, they know the market very well, which gives them the agility to tailor the strategy based on the traffic and feedback from visitors. I was surprised that they were able to get the house under contract in just 3mo (in reality, probably in a month given the market was non-existent in Nov and Dec). I was most impressed by their ability to feel out the "true" buyers. I fortunately avoided a negative situation with a offer that later dropped out.

ZillowVERIFIED We met Nicole while doing our research on towns & neighborhoods in Bergen County. She was hosting an open house in Ramsey and she made an immediate impact on my wife and I. She was friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating and interested in our feedback - even though we were in our investigative stage and nowhere near ready to make a purchase. We were educating ourselves on the market a year+ prior to being ready to make a purchase and were being honest about that process with every realtor we met. Most other realtors put us on an email list and only inquired about the home we had met them in. Nicole took the time to make the phone calls and speak to us...not about the house we met her at but about our process in general. She had listened to our story and remembered that we were not "in the moment." Through our dialogue, she introduced us to other members of her team and, over the next year, we developed a solid, trusting relationship with Justine Nero.
