ZillowVERIFIED Heres what you want in a realtor, someone who truly knows the business; understands your buying market; listens to what you want and has a team of professionals to get you through the process. Everyone from the mortgage broker to the house inspector. Mindy is all this and so much more! She made my home purchase straight forward. She highlighted and followed up on each and every detail. She was lock step with me from day 1 until closing. I could always reach her and I always felt like she was prioritizing me trying to buy my perfect home, when I know well and good she has multiple clients and is VERY busy. But I hardly noticed because she always gave me her full attention. Mindy is the realtor you want in your corner when you are buying or selling your home, hands down. Thanks Mindy for getting me my dream home!

ZillowVERIFIED Mindy Thomas is Excellent! Our family was purchasing a Texas home, from out of state, and our Realtor Mindy Thomas provided the best real estate service we could ever ask for. She knows the area, the school ratings and was able to tell us about all City planning developments that were upcoming or proposed, to help us make an informed decision. Being from out of state, we were unable to conduct a final walk through before Loan closing, and Mindy was right there to step in! She has knowledge of City Codes and ordinances as it relates to property, and very familiar with the quality of new builds. She is the perfect advisor and definitely someone you'd want on your Team to represent you!

ZillowVERIFIED Mindy is as good as it gets. She gave a 100 % of herself to finding not just a house, but THE house that best fit and suited us. She is tireless in finding that special place and lines up viewings that fit our schedule. She spent a vast amount of time keeping us updated on each and every step we faced in the looking, selecting, negotiating, and closing. And she really CARED about us and it showed. She is simply amazing, the total professional, skilled, doesn't miss even the least little detail that would adversely affect us, and is a total joy to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED We have used Mindy Thomas 3 times as our family has grown over the years. She has been wonderful each time. Mindy is the most thorough and accommodating realtor you will find. If selling, she ensures your home is well-photographed and well-marketed. If buying, she walks you through the inspection and appraisal process. We were up against a tight deadline to find a new home, and she didnt waste a second. We highly recommend her!

Her attention to detail and communication were truly outstanding; her resources (staging advisor, photographer, painter) were great! ZillowVERIFIED We had 3 real estate agents come to our property and give us a Comparative Market Analysis. She was the most knowledgeable about the area and custom home pricing. Each agent gave us a price range of what it would sell for. She gave us the highest number, but we didn't go with her because of that, it was her knowledge that made the decision easy. We ended up selling the house above the top figures both of the other agents gave us. She offers a discounted rate, but superior service. We netted more from the sale of our house because of the higher price and her lower commission. She was also great at negotiating on our behalf. I recommend Mindy to anyone selling.

ZillowVERIFIED You don't continue to use a service if it isn't helpful and productive. We just completed our third transaction with Mindy in about a years time. She sold our house in Helotes, helped us buy 5 acres north of Boerne, and most recently assisted us with a new home purchase in Boerne. She is very knowledgeable and current with the trends for buying and selling in the San Antonio metro area including Boerne. Mindy is friendly, punctual, and honest. We couldn't be more satisfied with a realtor from a seller and buyer perspective. We recommend her without any reservations.

ZillowVERIFIED Mindy was so wonderful! This was our first time selling a home and my husband and I didn't know where to begin. She did a great job of explaining everything, and helping us prepare for showing it- from professional pictures to pricing and staging it. Thanks to her expertise, we got multiple offers within a couple days of listing our house, and closed on it 4 wks later, with no hiccups. Though the buyer of our home was difficult to work with, Mindy was kind, and maintained her composure and professionalism at all times, and eased our stress with dealing her. I especially appreciated how attentive she is, and how quick she was to communicate any updates to us. We've already recommended Mindy to friends (who are also very happy with her services) and we would never hesitate to again in the future. We're so happy with our decision to go with Mindy! I couldn't have chosen a more reliable realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED What an awesome realtor to work with. I would highly recommend her to anyone that is selling or buying a house. Shes always available when you call her. From our first meeting to closing she communicated the whole process to us. She sent her stager to set up my home which looked awesome after then had a professional photographer take pictures of my home. She also had a video made of my home to be played during the listing. During the negotiations on offers she helped explain what we needed to do to to sell the home and what was unreasonable from the buyers. A true professional and motivating realtor that loves her job.

ZillowVERIFIED As we were in need of a realtor, one who would be positioned to sell our home quickly, my husband researched and chose Mindy based on the overwhelmingly positive reviews she merited. From our first meeting and throughout the process, Mindy consistently exhibited professionalism at the highest level, in market knowledge, home preparation, communication, and real-estate law. She certain knows her field and brings to this professionalism a warmth and supportiveness throughout the process. We needed to sell our house quickly, hoping for a contract in 2 weeks. With Mindy's efforts and focus, we had a contract in 1 week! We cannot recommend her enough! Her personal integrity and commitment to her client(s) is unparalleled-a wise investment!

ZillowVERIFIED I live in Brooklyn New York I contacted Mindy to help me find land to build on. Mindy was invaluable to me in my search she emailed me everyday with properties that met my criteria as well as researching properties that I found and wanted to know more about. When I traveled to Texas to look over some of the prospects Mindy was welcoming and professional she took me around to multiple properties and also pointed out places of interest in the area. On the first trip down I did not buy anything months later we found the property I ended up buying. Mindy was there every step of the way and answered or promptly responded to my calls and texts. She made sure my interests were protected and all the paperwork was in order. Its been a year since my purchase and we still communicate about 2 times a month. I would highly recommend Mindy if you are looking to purchase property in Texas.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I were looking into buying a luxury home. We usually spend 6+ months looking before we buy. Mindy was NOT very helpful and wanted a quick sale. She does not want to spend time showing you around. If you are looking for a realtor that will take her time to show you around before making a $1,000,000 purchase, Mindy Thomas is NOT the one.

ZillowVERIFIED Although Mindy is very soft-spoken, she plays hard-ball in her negotiations! She got us the house we wanted for less than we were expecting, and her buyer rebate was the cherry on top! She also sold a house for us. It was a large house in an undesirable location, but she worked hard at it for a year, and got it sold. She went the extra mile, advertising on many different venues, keeping in constant touch, and even turning on the house lights before showings. Her attention to detail, tenacity, organizational skills, and her genuine care for her clients make her, in our opinion, the best possible choice for a realtor that you could find anywhere in Texas.

Our home had its first offer within 24 hours of it going on the market! A month later it was sold! ZillowVERIFIED I was very happy that I chose Mindy to sell my house. She told me a price that would sell fast and she was right. We had multiple offers in the first week it was listed. We listed on Monday and by Saturday I had an offer that I liked and accepted. I think we closed in around 30 days from when I listed the house. Time was very important to me in this process since I had another home being built so this worked out great for me. Mindy understood how important a fast sale was for me. She had a photographer take pictures a day or so after I met her then we went live. She also made a nice booklet regarding the home for people to view. She had the house listed all over the place. She personally came and made a video of the house as well as the fliers. As far as this selling process goes I could not have asked for more from Mindy.
